Technical Sales Representative - Baking Solutions at Nexus Staffing Solutions

Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Sales Representative with hands-on expertise in fine baking. The ideal candidate will combine strong baking knowledge with sales capability to conduct product demonstrations, support clients, and drive business growth within Nairobi and its surrounding regions.

This role is ideal for a technically skilled baker who enjoys client interaction and is confident presenting, training, and demonstrating baking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional product demonstrations for bakeries, hotels, and pastry businesses
• Provide technical support and training on cakes, pastries, and bread production
• Drive sales growth through client acquisition and relationship management
• Identify new business opportunities within the baking industry
• Support customers with product usage guidance and troubleshooting
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback updates
• Travel within Nairobi and surrounding regions for client visits and demos

Minimum Requirements

• Formal training in fine baking (Cakes, Pastries & Bread)
• Diploma or certification in Baking & Pastry Arts or related field
• 3 years’ experience in a thriving baking environment (mandatory)
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel for field demonstrations
