    Technical Support Attachment

    This is a technical support internship role at Infoney Solutions Limited. The role is on-site and based in Ruiru. The selected candidate will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, delivering customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing solutions to improve the overall user experience. Daily tasks may include interacting with institution staff, analyzing and resolving system-related concerns, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions.
    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve system-related challenges effectively
    • Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and address technical issues
    • Experience in Customer Support with a focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction
    • Effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach
    • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
    • Background in information technology, computer science, or related fields is an advantage
