    Telecom Account Manager

    Job Description

    OP Technical Account Manager is an individual contributor role in the region that is accountable for supporting the client-facing roles towards the telecoms (OPMs and PGMs) by ensuring that the back-office operations are run smoothly. The individual in this role performs tasks that are related to the business operations; keeps the business afloat and provide the front-office with the ability to execute their various client-facing tasks.  

    Main Responsibilities

    Supporting the OPMs and PGMs for the assigned telecoms

    • QBR preparation and presentation
    • Proactively communicating the status, escalations and recommendations for the telecoms
    • Resolving billing disputes

    Cooperating with the internal stakeholders in bringing the best service to the telecoms

    • Escalations to the OPM, PGM, Global Telecom Growth Lead or Business Operations Expert about the possible issues
    • Dispatching the issues to the Core Network Team
    • Sender registration
    • Managing Short Codes (SMS and USSD)
    • Ensuring smooth introduction of the services and delivered solutions as well as the proper setup for the assigned telecoms, setup of the new services, and traffic monitoring when applicable
    • Keeping up with all the updates from the industry, updates on the products in the telecom sector as well as route pricing in cooperation with the BG (Business Growth) team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Preferred more than 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
    • High level of written and oral communication skills
    • You are passionate about technology and systems
    • You describe yourself as a detail-oriented person
    • You are not afraid to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve any logistic issues that may occur
    • You speak fluently with colleagues, clients and partners alike in English.
