Job Description
OP Technical Account Manager is an individual contributor role in the region that is accountable for supporting the client-facing roles towards the telecoms (OPMs and PGMs) by ensuring that the back-office operations are run smoothly. The individual in this role performs tasks that are related to the business operations; keeps the business afloat and provide the front-office with the ability to execute their various client-facing tasks.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the OPMs and PGMs for the assigned telecoms
Cooperating with the internal stakeholders in bringing the best service to the telecoms
