Telesales Executive (Laundry Services) at Cleanfax Laundry and Cleaners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage a set number of customers per day Cross-selling laundry services
• Processing orders and transactions, whether by phone, email, social media or in-person.
• Running day-to-day branch operations
• Maintaining at least 80% customer retention through telecalls
• Payment reconciliations, and stock maintenance
• Resolving issues and customer complains in liaison with other departments
• Collecting customer feedback and tracking customer service metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Diploma in Front Operations, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping
• At least 2 years experience in the service industry preferably in tele sales
• Experience in sales & customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with
• point-of-sale systems.
• Certificate of Good Conduct.
