    Telesales Executives

    1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the services
    2. Answer questions about services or the company
    3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
    4. Telesales- reaching potential clients through effective telephone marketing
    5. Explain the services to clients via telephone
    6. Email marketing and social media marketing
    7. Develop creative pitches and propositions and follow up with existing clients
    8. Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with clients who are not already on the database
    9. Ensure creativity in reaching out new customers
    10. Achieve monthly set targets
    11. Network for leads and arrange for meetings with potential customers
    12. Close business and do follow ups
    13. Enter and update customer information in the database
    14. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
    15. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
    16. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
    17. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
