Job Description

Janta Kenya is looking for a confident, energetic and target-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

The role will involve:
- Handling sales calls, WhatsApp enquiries and emails
- Conducting online sales meetings
- Following up leads, quotations and proposals
- Qualifying prospects and identifying client needs
- Selling Janta’s recruitment, HR, business support and consulting services
- Maintaining an active sales pipeline and closing business
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in telesales, inside sales or business development
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Excellent written communication and email etiquette
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills
- Experience selling B2B or professional services is an added advantage
