SAP/IT Officer at Unity Homes

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
• Create a system roadmap for system improvements.
• SAP training for all staff.
• Computer & SAP inductions for all new staff.
• Implement security measures.
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements.
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
• Data protection procedure implementation.
• Continuous system health checks.
• Management of company-wide G-suite.
• Define software, hardware and network requirements for any new systems as needed in the company.
• Implementing new software and hardware.
• Familiar with installation & troubleshooting of CCTV cameras.
• Familiar with managing and troubleshooting biometrics system.
• Advice and contact external service providers for IT purchases.
• Livestream camera installation and troubleshooting.
• Managing office networks and printers etc.
• Manage company IT assets.

Videography & Photography - As an added responsibility to assist the Marketing team in recording videos and photographing, ongoing projects. Basic camera operating skills will be an added advantage.

Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BBIT, or a related field, is preferred.
• 5 + years in SAP Business One Cloud HANA.
• Experience with Clarity.
• Successfully implemented SAP Business One.
• Experience in leading the process of SAP Integration across departments.
• System reporting skills.

Personality

• Good interpersonal skills.
