    Lead Consultant

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Commercial management: Sales and business development and account management
    • People and Portfolio Management
    • Stakeholder relations management
    • Achievement of set performance targets and Profit n Loss ownership
    • Strict fidelity to customer expectations
    • Excellent understanding and appreciation of the latest edition of the employment act in Kenya

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
    • CHRP Accredited
    • IHRM membership 
    • 5+ years of experience in a key leadership role in proffessional sevice industry
