- Job Field Internships
The job holder will be exposed on Quality management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practice, winery Practices, Food safety requirements and safety.

Specification
1. Quality management systems, good manufacturing practice, winery hygiene pracrtice and personnel hygiene
2. Asset care through preventive maintenancce, on ocnfition monitoring and reporting
3. Efficiency monitoring and improvement initiative by active participation in MDWT activities and problem solving
4. OHS improvement initiatives such as hazrd spotting and reporting, accident investigation and other projects to improve safety at work
5. food safety requirements- PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs
6. General documentation required.
Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Food Science & Technology/ Industrial Chemistry/Microbiology/ Related field
