    Responsibilities and Duties

    1. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
    2. Promote sales of Homes through advertisements.

    Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans. The Sales Manager will also manage the sales staff and will perform managerial duties to meet the company's operations goals

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Notify management on deficiencies or repairs required.
