    Head of Finance

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.   
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory accounts.   
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations.   
    • Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements across regions.   
    • Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.   
    • Support business strategy through financial analysis and performance insights.   
    • Monitor project costing, margins, and profitability for IT solutions and contracts.   
    • Manage finance team performance, development, and capacity building.   
    • Implement and maintain financial systems, controls, and reporting tools.   
    • Liaise with external auditors, banks, regulators, and tax authorities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.   
    • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.   
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance management, preferably within IT or technology firms.   
    • Strong understanding of multi-currency, multi-country financial operations.   
    • Experience in project-based accounting and contract management.   
    • Excellent analytical, leadership, and financial reporting skills.   
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.   
    • High integrity, attention to detail, and strategic mindset.

    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across assigned markets.   
    • Lead, coach, and manage sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.   
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, SME, and public sectors.   
    • Manage key client accounts and strategic partnerships across Africa.   
    • Oversee bid management, proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.   
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.   
    • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance KPIs.   
    • Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.   
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities.   
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.   
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B IT sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.   
    • Proven track record in selling IT systems, enterprise solutions, or systems integration services.   
    • Strong understanding of enterprise IT, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, and infrastructure solutions.   
    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.   
    • Experience managing regional or cross-border sales operations is an added advantage.   
    • Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.   
    • Willingness to travel across Africa as required.
