Key Responsibilities

• Planning and preparations of work plans and appropriate engagement files in line with the client's terms of reference.
• Conducting in-depth forensic audits and investigations into suspected fraudulent activities.
• Gathering and compiling evidence in line with rules of evidence that can be adduced in a court of law.
• Conducting forensic, risk, audit and compliance engagements as per the client's terms of reference.
• Preparation of detailed reports, and appropriate supporting documents and files, in relation to our findings. In addition, staff may be required to present evidence to clients.
• Making value adding recommendations to clients on improvement on internal control environment.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any business-related field is mandatory.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K or Finalist) or a similar/ related qualification is required.
• Previous working experience in a forensic accounting firm will be an added advantage

• Background verification and screening on information such as identity, educational background and employment history.

• Discreet enquiries and fieldwork into the target(s) to obtain information such as their reputation and integrity.
• Anti-bribery and corruption information gathering and due diligence.
• Litigation, law enforcement, media and other check.

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in any security-related field is mandatory.
• Previous working experience in fieldwork investigations, asset tracing and law enforcement related work is desirable
• Schooling: minimum overall grade of a B in KCSE
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or French (any other language is a plus)

 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Law, Business, Sociology, or Psychology
• CHRP certification (mandatory)
• Minimum B+ in Mathematics and English (KCSE or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of HR experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Zoho People or other HRIS tools (advantageous)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and data handling capability
• Knowledge of basic Kenyan labour laws and compliance requirements
