    Client Relationship Manager

    Major Responsibilities:

    • Attending presentations for roles paying more than 100K.
    • Ensuring that clients sign contracts before the start of any recruitment.
    • Educating clients on the market status regarding the availability of candidates, salary and statutory obligations.
    • Offering leadership to the account managers by explaining clients’ requirements and briefs, mentorship and coaching.
    • Ensure constant communication with clients on the recruitment status.

    • Contacting at least five employers daily to cultivate a relationship and remain top of mind and ensure repeat business.

    Sales Engineer – Construction Machinery

    Responsibilities

    • To support assembly, delivery, maintenance and repair work to the equipment at the working site, and training to distributors.
    • To assist in advice and guidance to distributors for proper operation and maintenance of the equipment, selection & procurement of tools and shop equipment.
    • To prepare necessary spare parts recommendation for the equipment and advise them to the distributors.
    • Coordinate section activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
    • Manage and ensure effective implementation of mechanical engineering and maintenance functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
    • Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for machinery maintenance
    • Provide advisory assistance in regard to equipment and equipment needs and conditions.
    • Identify staff development needs and train the maintenance personnel in equipment maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques for maximum productivity.
    • Maintain all equipment manuals, equipment warranties, and tool inventories.
    • Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
    • Has a supervisory role over all manpower under his department.
    • Budgeting and Financial Planning
    • Ensure all activities relating to mechanical engineering are fully captured and transacted on the ERP platform.
    • Follow up status of spare parts stock and find new source of spares
    • Plan for Preventive maintenance of all equipment to confirm the highest performance

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical engineering or in a related field
    • Must be conversant in maintenance and upkeep of Heavy construction equipment.
    • Must have over 5 years working experience preferably handling Construction equipment.
    • Able to work to a high level of accuracy and Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
    • Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written) to communicate with other team members and managers
    • Excellent Organizational skills and Problem solving skills. Teamwork and collaboration to support all team members.

    General Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement sales strategies across the Company in Kenya and accomplish said targets.
    • Drive growth of customer base development according to set targets.
    • Recruit suitable candidates in vacant positions in Kenya and other recruitment and/or selection support.

    Human Resource Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supports the HR unit in interpretation advising and communicating to staff on HR policies, procedures, changes and ensuring adherence to the same
    • Supports recruitment, retention and resourcing, contract administration and monitoring, induction, probation reviews, performance management, staff development tasks, job evaluation among others
    • Supports HR matrices by gathering relevant data as required on a monthly basis and sharing with management for analysis.
    • Prepare, compile and dispatch documents, correspondence, reports and presentations for efficient and effective communication
    • Supports the hospital administration on various benefit schemes including insurance and pension schemes.
    • Must be conversant with currently existing labour laws
    • Works closely and supports hospital administration to ensure end to end completion of document processing; document generation, employees’ files, payroll among others that are generated throughout the employee life cycle.
    • Key person in close monitoring of all departments with particular interest in the front office team (department) to ensure customer satisfaction is upheld
    • Overseeing quality improvement for efficient delivery of services in the hospital 
    • Guiding in setting operational standards and targets for various departments
    • Ensures the hospital runs efficiently and delivers quality patients’ care in collaboration with other management team
    • Addressing consultants’ needs and ensuring patients quality medical care and well-being
    • Must have good morals and relations with both staff and patients
    • Reports any incidents to the administrator 
    • Safeguards hospital assets and equipment in the institution
    • Must wear name tag always when on duty
    • Can be deployed to any of the institution branches
    • Any other task as may be assigned

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a business related field.
    • A postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
    • Professional membership (IHRMK Membership) and CHRP Certification is a must.
    • At least 8 years of experience in a busy HR environment with three years in management.
    • Previous experience in a hospital will be an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership, managerial skills and ability to influence decisions at an executive level.
    • Relationship management and strong communications skills.
    • Good planning and organization skills.
