    Content Creation Manager – Nakuru

    Responsibilities

    • Engage collaboratively in the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the Foundation mission and values.
    • Maintain an authentic tone, voice, and style set by the Foundation’s Founder/Visionary  for consistent messaging.
    • Create and maintain a detailed content calendar in cooperation with the department head to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
    • Execute content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, videos, podcasts, emails and more.
    • Coordinate and delegate with team members  to ensure timely posting of content.
    • Manage the production of multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and audio.
    • Collaboration with other creatives within the staff is encouraged.
    • Monitor platform performance and audience engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
    • Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
    • Must have 3+ years’ experience in content creation, marketing, and public relations.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-platform content campaigns.
    • Must be creative, talkative, full of energy, and comfortable in front of a camera.
    • Excellence in spoken and written English
    • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools, digital marketing tools, social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, etc.) and analytics.

    Sponsorship Case Worker – Nakuru

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sponsorship:

    • Facilitate the sponsorship process by identifying eligible children or families and matching them with potential sponsors.
    • Serve as the main point of contact between sponsors and beneficiaries, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
    • Collect and maintain accurate records of beneficiary profiles, updates, and progress reports to share with sponsors.
    • Coordinate visits, meetings, or correspondence between sponsors and beneficiaries as needed.
    • Monitor the proper utilization of sponsorship funds and ensure they directly support the intended beneficiaries.
    • Write and deliver regular updates, including letters, photos, and reports, to keep sponsors informed and engaged.
    • Conduct Home visits to assess the living conditions and needs of students and their families, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
    • Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for program improvement and address challenges as they arise.
    • Provide emotional and social support to students to help them thrive within the sponsorship program.

    Welfare:

    • Monitor and promote the physical, mental, and emotional health of children.
    • Ensure all children have the required school uniforms and make necessary updates.
    • Oversee the scheduling and distribution of takeaway meals and ensure that all children have access to nutritious meals.
    • Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress.
    • Conduct home visits to assess children’s living environments and provide support.
    • Process applications for the next academic year and offer guidance on transitions.
    • Conduct talks and guidance sessions with children to support their development.
    • Coordinate activities for nurture camps and work closely with SOH boys.
    • Prepare and evaluate case reports, including care plans and follow-ups for individual students.
    • Assess students’ needs and devise personalized solutions.
    • Refer students and families to appropriate internal and external resources (healthcare, vocational training, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the welfare team and other departments, such Education and  Pastoral Care, for comprehensive case management.
    • Identify cases of child abuse and collaborate with relevant authorities for intervention.
    • Advocate for children’s rights, including attending court sessions and assisting with police reports when necessary.
    • Respond promptly to crises and emergencies involving students.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential case files, and student records and document all relevant information and updates regarding student welfare.
    • Assist in handling administrative tasks related to child welfare case management, attend meetings, and stay updated on policies related to child welfare and protection.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Child Protection, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in social work, case management, community outreach and crisis intervention.
    • Strong understanding of child welfare, mental health, and family engagement.
    • Knowledge of local child welfare policies and resources.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children, parents, sponsors and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Strong advocacy skills, especially in child protection cases.
    • Proficiency in using technology for digital data entry and basic data management tools.
    • A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals and families.
    • Ability to work independently and in team settings, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
    • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili; additional local languages are an advantage.
    • Willingness to travel to field locations and interact directly with communities.
    • A valid Certificate of Good Conduct.

    Accounts Assistant – Nakuru

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, verifying the accuracy of financial forms, payments, and transactions.
    • Provide support with month-end and year-end closing balances, ensuring all financial deadlines are met.
    • Assist in the preparation of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
    • Handle the monthly remittance of statutory deductions (e.g., SHIF, NSSF, PAYE), ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the school to ensure smooth financial operations and the efficient allocation of resources.
    • Provide support during internal and external audits, assisting the finance team with audits, financial reviews, and reports.

    Payables Accountant (Manufacturing)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with supplier invoices; maintain organized supplier files and correspond with suppliers to address any inquiries.
    • Perform regular reconciliations of supplier balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Post bank payments and allocate them to the appropriate sub-ledger accounts for each supplier.
    • Reconcile SSA bank accounts after all payments and receipts have been recorded by Accounts Receivable.
    • Obtain the latest petty cash summary sheet and vouchers from the petty cash custodian for proper posting and reconciliation.
    • Assist in the filing of statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, NSSF, SHA, AHL, NITA, VAT) and ensure payments are sent before the deadline.
    • Reconcile balance sheet ledgers to identify discrepancies and confirm balances before management reports are generated.
    • File all supplier invoices and related documents as they are received.
    • Actively participate in the CRM stock-taking process and record the findings.
    • Verify raw materials received from suppliers and ensure proper issuance of raw materials to the CRM store clerk for new production requisitions.

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s in Finance or any other related field.
    • Must have 3 years and above working experience.
    • Proficient in using financial software and tools.

    Receivable Accountant (Manufacturing)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure timely tracking of invoice payments and the posting of receipts into the system.
    • Perform daily sales reconciliation, ensuring accurate matching with the corresponding payment modes.
    • Prepare and maintain the retail cashbook, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
    • Onboard new customers into the system using information provided by the Corporate Sales Manager.
    • Prepare bank reconciliations for KES, USD and GBP accounts to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
    • Calculate and generate invoices for meal plans and rent for onsite vendors.
    • Post bank payments and receipts, credit card payments, DPO, M-Pesa transactions, and related transaction charges into the system.
    • Physically confirm the delivery of raw materials (RM) from suppliers against the delivery note and invoice for accuracy.
    • Physically verify raw materials issued from CRM to WIP based on the production requisition.
    • Lead the team during the raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) stock count to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s in Finance or any other related field.
    • Must have 3 years and above working experience.
    • Proficient in using financial software and tools.
    • Hands on with integrity and interpersonal skills.
