• Our client is seeking to engage experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainers/Facilitators to deliver customized training programs on managing Team Performance, Leadership, and Emotional Intelligence for one of our key clients in the retail industry. 
• The ideal facilitators will be passionate about people development, have a strong grasp of leadership dynamics, and possess practical experience in retail operations, performance management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions aligned to program objectives.
• Facilitate modules on Leadership, Team Performance, Emotional Intelligence, and
• Practical Retail Leadership.
• Conduct experiential and case-based learning tailored to retail operations.
• Support pre-training and post-training evaluations.
• Provide participant feedback reports and contribute to continuous improvement of the
• program.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate facilitation, people development, or management consulting.
• Proven experience designing or delivering training in Leadership, Emotional
• Intelligence, or Performance Management.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments is an added advantage.
• Core Competencies:

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning.

• Our client, a well-established law firm in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a Legal Assistant to provide both legal and administrative support within the firm. The ideal candidate should be an LLB Graduate or Finalist, not yet admitted to the bar or enrolled at the Kenya School of Law, and eager to gain practical experience in a professional legal environment.
• This position also includes front office responsibilities; therefore, professionalism, organization, and excellent communication skills are key. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.
• Manage filing systems and maintain accurate client and case records.
• Support advocates in preparing court bundles and maintaining hearing diaries.
• Perform front office duties including: attending to clients, calls, and walk-in visitors.
• Handle general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all firm matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or finalist awaiting graduation.
