Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain energy management dashboards, reports & alerts
• Drive Implementation of energy management digitization and Automation.
• Energy Projects Benefit Realization Management
• Maintain clear documentation of all data models, pipelines in the energy domain
• Vendor Selection for different Projects: Evaluation of EOI and RFP documents for vendor selection in respect to Digitization & Automation agenda.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of energy management machine learning models to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science, telecommunications, and energy management

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, Computer, IT or related field
• Should have demonstratable 2yrs experience working in data engineering role. 
• Should demonstrate proficiency in Data analytics and presentation skills.
• Over 2 years’ experience in programming languages like python, Java, C# etc.
• Over 2 years’ experience working with visualization tools e.g. PowerBI, Tableu, Qlik Sense.
• Working knowledge of Big data systems, SQL and NoSQL database management systems with expertise in MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, MongoDB etc.
• Experience in energy management/telecommunication is an added advantage
• Experience in Machine learning is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and effectiveness in resolution of all incident tickets as per the SLA (Fault resolution process and SLA) to ensure closure within the predefined period in the fault resolution process 
• Effective implementation and planning of change requests in ENTERPRISE CORE network to ensure no unplanned incidents due to change 
• Ensure Newly accepted ENTERPRISE CORE network element to be 100% functional with all modules tested and without alarms and are monitorable from SOC 
• Active participation and resolution of quality related cases 
• Resolution of all identified issues on NMS within 8 hours from detection 
• All the ENTERPRISE CORE services are implemented with 100% accuracy on availability targets 
• Overall ENTERPRISE CORE Network Elements availability and reliability of greater than 99.99% in a year 
• All the NMS operating with full FCAPS functionalities with at least 99.99% availability and accurate weekly backup
• Perform BCP and disaster recovery as per BCP plan and schedule · Adhere to processes and procedures for the ENTERPRISE CORE network
• Proactively resolve issues on ENTERPRISE CORE network to ensure 100% network availability. 
• Remove configuration and power down old legacy equipment to save on space and power

Qualifications

• BSC degree in Electrical /Electronics/Telecommunications/ IT with 3 years’ experience with 2 years in a specialized role in a busy telecommunications environment as lead engineer in IP network projects.
• Thorough Knowledge in IP network performance monitoring and optimization tools ·
• Communication and interpersonal skills 
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills · Working knowledge of process improvement practices 
• Certifications in Networking (CCNP,CCIE /HCNP,HCIE certifications or equivalent) 
• Network design, implementation and support experience, including working knowledge of IPv6 addressing and segment routing.

Key Responsibilities 

• Planning of Optical Line Terminals (access network gateways) in consultation with fibre deployment teams to optimize coverage and minimize exposure to physical & logical faults.
• Install, configure, upgrade & commission service access nodes for FTTX services. 
• Design, plan & implement broadband gateway nodes for Fixed services.
• Assist support teams with root cause analysis of persistent problems affecting residential Fixed service experience and recommend network optimizations to fix the problems.
• Design & implement automation journeys for Fixed solutions repetitive tasks and service activation, modification, and de-activation processes.
• Forecast Fixed services traffic & subscriber trends and plan for capacity, licensing, and optimizations to ensure service availability and resiliency while optimizing costs.
• Enhance Fixed solutions reporting & analytics capabilities for key network & customer service KPIs.
• Ensure up to date documentation of all projects implemented.
• Continuously evaluate and propose relevant emerging network technologies and solutions that improve customer experience or add features, services, and functionality.
• Carry out trials, proofs of concept & sourcing initiatives for Fixed services infrastructure, solutions, new technologies and services.
• Carry out regular vendor & supplier engagement on performance, existing and new solution offerings.
• Work with commercial teams and offer technical expertise on new & existing service offerings to align network design with organizational goals. 
• Work with other technology teams to ensure Fixed Solutions services are well planned, maintained & optimized.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Work Experience of at least 3 years with specialized role in a busy telecommunications / Service provider environment –Involved in network planning, automation or support, implementation & commissioning.
• Knowledge of Passive Optical Network architecture, design, infrastructure, and operations.
• End to end broad knowledge of 4G, 5G and (unlicensed) microwave fixed wireless access networks
