    Future Talent Project Manager Execution

    • After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months overseas, you will be part of the Project Management Execution team based in Nairobi, Kenya. This team is responsible for driving day to day new Equipment Project Management operations from order intake (OI) to project closing (CPA), including on-site activities management. They ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.

    Your role will be accountable for S-Q-C-D Projects deliverables for the assigned new Equipment Projects:

    • H&SE - Required Health & Safety, Environmental standards are being met. H&SE plan in place prior to the start of project         
    • Quality - Deliverables are being met to defined specifications from the first time. Project scope and specifications are clearly defined
    • Cost - Project deliverables, including on-site activities are being completed within the project baselined cost
    • Delivery - Deliverables are being completed within the project schedule timelines

    Your Profile

    • Fluent English
    • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering
    • Less than 2 years from your master or bachelor degree

    Project Manager Services

    • Sidel is looking for a Project Manager Services who acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute non-standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement

    Your Mission

    • Understand customer requests and translate his needs.
    • Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide a full complete solution answering customer needs
    • Support Services sales team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
    • Propose additional Services Products when required to secure project success as well as maximizing customer satisfaction

    Projects Execution:

    • -Project registration in SAP
    • -Initiate the project with customer and aftersales manager
    • -Set a full schedule and coordinate with customer accordingly
    • -Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project so as to determine proper level of support

    Supply Chain and PM&D

    • Coordinate with all the involved business units to ensure the launching of the correct parts and follow up on delivery
    • Conduct risk assessment and set mitigation plan to reduce any impact on the project
    • Keep monitoring Quality -Cost (Budget) - Delivery (Timeline) of the projects
    • Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in conjunction with all project actors
    • Reporting project progress on a weekly basis
    • Arrange the logistics of the parts (packing, consolidation, and shipping to customer)

    Projects Installation:

    • Planning of the required resources and skills to conduct the installation
    • Coordinate with the planning team to ensure the provision of the right skills
    • Arrange Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan
    • Arrange the logistics of the installation team and coordinate with the customers accordingly
    • Coordinate with the team on site and provide the required support to complete the job
    • Create and follow up punch list due to any nonconformity found on site
    • Monitor and support the intervention till he gets the technical acceptance of the project

    Project Closing

    • Conduct Root cause analysis to understand the root of the problem and set learned lessons
    • Ensure that all the invoices are issued completely
    • Ensure database update
    • Set a closing meeting with the customer
    • Arrange customer satisfaction survey                 

    Your Profile

    Level of education and languages:

    • Engineering Degree or equivalent
    • Fluency in English, French is a plus

    Required experience and skills:

    • 3+ years experience in project management with strong technical expertise
    • Experienced in Packaging, Sidel equipments and Services Portfolio
    • Ability to read and interpret Engineering document such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly drawing
    • Knowledge of MS Office, Project,  and SAP a plus

    Customer Care Manager

    • Sidel is looking for a self motivated Cluster Customer Success Specialist / Customer Care Manager who will be part of the Customer Management organization reporting to the Lead Customer Care Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting customer requests for emergencies, troubleshooting and technical assistance during the warranty and life-cycle of the equipment. He/She will also be leading complete solution delivery from customer call until the end of issue resolution, with the help of experts from Product Support. He/She is a key link between the customer and the Service Account Manager for technical problem solving and advice.

    Your Mission

    • Collect and filter customer calls, identify needs and answer or manage accordingly any technical request to ensure general support requests from customer are answered.
    • Issue Service Request for intervention and ensure follow up with Planning team
    • Open and drive Non conformity through SINCRO until problem solved and confirmed by customer
    • Follow and support Field Service Engineer during intervention at customer site.
    • Follow up and ensure Sales Order and Service order required are created and aligned.
    • Collect and send technical report to customer.
    • Coordinate audit execution : Diagnostic Visit, ECO audits, Line audit. 
    • Organize stand alone / complete line regular maintenance and emergency intervention.
    • Focus on customer proximity.
    • Manage Warranty intervention following Issue resolution process

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent technical qualification
    • 5 years of relevant experience
    • Fluency in English and French are mandatory
    • Strong technical knowledge of Sidel products and complete line equipment.
    • Excellent multi tasks ability, reactivity, autonomy and motivational skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to establish a very good customer relationship.
    • Ability to interface with all levels of the organisation.

    Line Designer/ Precontracting

    • The position will be based in Nairobi, Kenya and be part of the System Design team of Sidel Greater Middle East and Africa (MEA). The incumbent will be in charge of preparing the line design from precontracting/proposal stage including developing the initial layout and the pre-work for detailed engineering layouts in execution stage, designing the complete line layouts and ensuring the correct integration of Sidel and third party equipment, including conveying specifications and accumulation profiles.

    Your Mission

    • Determining the required conveyor components and performing the necessary calculations to prepare a pre-contracting layout as per the request received from the Project Manager Proposal within the required timeframe.
    • Validation of pre-contracting layout, engineering and costing.
    • Analysis and validation of customer specifications (type of motors, chains, bearings, lubrication, etc.).
    • Onsite measurements and customer meetings (with Complete Line PM).
    • Line dimensioning and accumulation calculations.
    • Integration of all the equipment of the line into the layout, in accordance with safety, ergonomics and efficiency requirements.
    • Liaise with Sidel conveyors manufacturing sites for the conveyors supply.
    • Prepare and distribute technical specifications required for the conveyors and line operation.
    • Electrical – Pre-Contracting
    • Analysis of conveyors automation specifications/requirements
    • Quotation of conveyors automation specifications/requirements
    • Prepare a complete offer for Conveyor Control Panel and conveyors wiring
    • Prepare a complete offer for Main distribution panel and power wiring

    Your Profile

    • Technical diploma or University degree in mechatronics/automation engineering.
    • Knowledge of CAD environment (Autocad).
    • Knowledge of Sidel specificities and beverage industrial environment.
    • Software proficient (DAO, ERP, GDT, Excel).
    • Linguistic competences: fluent English, French is a plus.
