    Barman / Mixologist

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to hotel standards.   
    • Create classic and signature cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency.   
    • Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.   
    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times.   
    • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.   
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.   
    • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.   
    • Process orders accurately through POS systems and manage billing efficiently.   
    • Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver seamless guest experiences.   
    • Contribute to new drink menu development and seasonal beverage promotions.

    Requirements:

    • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field.   
    • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a barman/mixologist in a 4- star or 5-star hotel environment.   
    • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and beverage trends.   
    • Experience in luxury service standards and guest engagement.   
    • Valid food handling and alcohol service certification (where applicable).   
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.   
    • Creativity and strong mixology techniques.   
    • Professional appearance and grooming standards.   
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.   
    • Strong attention to detail and presentation.   
    • Team player with a positive attitude.

    Relationship Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.   
    • Match client financial needs with appropriate loan products and services.   
    • Drive repeat borrowing and cross-selling of company products.   
    • Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits of good credit history.   
    • Monitor client businesses and align repayments with cash flow cycles.   
    • Follow up on repayments and ensure timely collections.   
    • Manage delinquent accounts and pursue recovery until full settlement.   
    • Assess borrower capacity to determine appropriate loan size and terms.   
    • Collect customer feedback and support service and product improvement.   
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain high service standards.   
    • Build long-term client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.   
    • At least 2 years’ experience in microfinance, sales, credit, or relationship management.   
    • Good understanding of loan products and repayment management.   
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.   
    • Ability to work independently in the field and meet performance targets.   
    • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.   
    • Basic computer skills and report writing ability.

    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Carrying out opening duties by, heading team briefs and assigning employee their tasks for the day   
    • Supervising and manage staff at the branch level and ensure their performance targets are met   
    • Managing office operations such as rent payments, permits, petty cash and any other payment.   
    • Training and coach new staff so that they understand company products and services   
    • Overseeing and monitor the performance of staff portfolios   
    • Analyzing the market and advise on risks and how to mitigate them   
    • Assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective opportunities   
    • Ensuring branch goals and targets are met   
    • Market the branch within the community to attract business   
    • Carry out closing duties by reconciling daily collections, disbursements and ensuring they are captured correctly on the system   
    • Travel across the area for business development.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other business-related course   
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership specifically from a microfinance/ microcredit Industry   
    • Ability to manage multiple sales team and deliver results.   
    • Ability to work under pressure   
    • Strong leadership skills

    • Good performance management skills   
    • Superior organizational and time management skills   
    • High Computer skills   
    • Good track records of delivering sales targets.
