We are hiring an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager for a leading plastics manufacturing company based in Nairobi, Kenya. This opportunity is open to Indian professionals with strong experience in plastics processing and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance and engineering operations for injection & blow moulding machinery
• Manage CAPEX projects, equipment installation & commissioning
• Drive preventive & predictive maintenance strategies
• Optimize plant efficiency, reduce downtime & improve productivity
• Handle utilities (chillers, compressors, electrical systems, etc.)

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing
• Strong expertise in Injection / Blow Moulding
• Experience with European machinery (Engel, Husky, Netstal, etc.)
• Knowledge of PLC, automation, and utilities systems
• Background in ISO / HACCP / Lean Manufacturing preferred

• Develop and execute the overall sales growth plan within the assigned markets in line with the overall business strategy to achieve the company sales target, growth, and profitability.
• Over 20 years experience in Sales Management & Business Development in a highly competitive commercial environment in a Senior Sales management position.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in Plastics packaging company working in the African markets .

Experience in handling markets in Plastic Packaging as follows:

• Primary Packaging – Thin wall Containers (Printed or IML)
• Industrial Packaging – Crates (Beverages, Breweries & Agriculture produce packaging Crates)
• Tertiary Packaging – Stretch film
• Most importantly returnable crates
