What You'll Do

• Acquiring new customers within assigned markets.
• Promote and sell the Bank's products and services.
• Drive account opening, deposit mobilization, and loan acquisition.
• Conduct field sales activities, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Who Should Apply?

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two (2) years' experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in banking, microfinance, Insurance or direct sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, resilient, and passionate about sales.
• Willingness to work within assigned markets.
