    Marketing Executive

    Our client is a leading supplier of premium architectural and interior solutions in Kenya. The company serves both commercial developers and residential homeowners with high-quality windows, doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and related fitting solutions.

    Position Summary

    • The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement through digital marketing initiatives, strategic campaigns, and on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, digitally savvy, and capable of supporting sales growth through effective online and offline marketing efforts.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness across all company products and services.
    • Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and online advertising channels.
    • Create engaging marketing content including social media posts, promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and campaign visuals.
    • Design basic graphics and marketing creatives using graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
    • Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, paid advertisements, and promotional activities to drive customer inquiries and conversions.
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics including reach, engagement, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
    • Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing, campaign follow-ups, and customer engagement initiatives.
    • Maintain and update company marketing materials, presentations, catalogues, and product portfolios.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the construction and interior solutions market.
    • Support the development and execution of branding and go-to-market strategies for company products and services.
    • Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity across all marketing platforms and materials.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, real estate, interior design, or building materials industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
    • Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design software.
    • Experience in content creation, social media management, and lead generation campaigns.
    • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
    • Photography, videography, and basic video editing skills will be an added advantage.

    Business Development Executive

    • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the company’s premium construction and interior products. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with commercial developers, architects, contractors, interior designers, and residential clients while identifying new business opportunities within the construction and real estate sectors.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial and residential construction markets to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, interior designers, and homeowners to generate and sustain sales opportunities.
    • Promote and sell premium windows, doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and related construction fitting solutions to prospective clients.
    • Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value sales contracts and projects.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, presentations, and bid documents to clients and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for the company’s products and services.
    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key developers and construction industry stakeholders across the region.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare sales forecasts, and track performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant industry standards throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
    • Oversee client engagement from initial inquiry and proposal development through project delivery and post-installation follow-up.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
    • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in business development or sales within the construction, real estate, building materials, or interior solutions sector.
    • Experience selling aluminum or uPVC windows and doors, kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, or related architectural products will be an added advantage.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing new markets, and closing B2B and/or B2C deals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
    • Strong network within the construction, real estate, architecture, and interior design industries will be a significant advantage.
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales reporting tools is an added advantage.
