• Advanced Pastry Programs specializing in chocolate work, sugar art, plated desserts, or international pastry styles.

Professional Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
• Certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene.
• Current Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Specialized certifications (e.g., chocolatier, artisan bread) are an added advantage.

• Certification in Barista Training or Coffee Skills (e.g., Specialty Coffee Association).
• Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a barista or in a hospitality/food service environment.
• Experience in bakery or pastry service (an added advantage)
• Knowledge of international coffee trends and sustainability practices.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and specialty beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of service.
• Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• ICT literacy for point of sale systems and inventory management.
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service.
