    Leads & Client Relationship Coordinator

    Summary

    • Fix Kenya Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Leads & Client Relationship Coordinator to manage and convert leads generated through our digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing leads for Fix Kenya as well as for assigned clients, guiding each lead through a structured pipeline from first contact to conversion into a paying client. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and takes full ownership of the lead lifecycle.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, log, and respond to all incoming leads from social media DMs, website forms, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp within defined response time targets.
    • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using the BMS(Business Management Solution), ensuring every lead is tracked from first contact through to conversion or closure.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline, and match them to the appropriate Fix Kenya service or client offering.
    • Generate quotations using the BMS
    • Conduct structured follow-ups with warm and cold leads to maintain engagement and maximise conversion rates.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate information is provided to prospects and proposals are delivered promptly.
    • Manage leads for assigned client accounts, acting as the dedicated lead handler for those clients and ensuring their leads receive the same pipeline discipline as Fix Kenya’s own.
    • Prepare and submit weekly lead reports and comprehensive monthly reports covering pipeline status, response times, conversion rates, lead sources, and follow-up outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, communications, and outcomes in the BMS.

    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across multiple channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, social media).
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads and client accounts simultaneously.
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead management, client relationship management, or a closely related role.
    • Proven ability to manage a sales or leads pipeline and convert prospects.
    • Experience using a CRM or lead management system to track and manage leads.
    • An understanding of digital marketing services (social media management, website development, brand design) sufficient to have informed conversations with prospects.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

    Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

    • Experience in lead generation, including identifying and sourcing new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, or digital channels.

    Graphics Designer

    Summary

    • Fix Kenya Ltd is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to handle all visual design work across the company, from social media graphics for our digital marketing clients, to website assets for our web development projects, to standalone design work such as logos, brochures, and brand identity packages. This role serves multiple departments and clients simultaneously, delivering polished, brand-consistent designs through a structured, workflow. The ideal candidate is a self-managed creative who thrives in a remote environment, meets deadlines without supervision, and takes full ownership of every brief from receipt to final delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Design social media graphics (posts, stories, carousels, reels covers) for client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, based on briefs from the Digital Marketing department.
    • Create website design assets including banners, icons, landing page visuals, and other web graphics as required by the Web Development department.
    • Execute standalone client design projects such as logos, brand identity packages, brochures, flyers, business cards, and other print or digital materials.
    • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs by adhering to each client’s brand guidelines, colour palettes, and visual identity standards.
    • Receive, interpret, and execute design briefs logged through the BMS (Business Management System), ensuring all work is tracked and delivered within the system.
    • Deliver all design work within assigned deadlines, communicate progress proactively, and flag any blockers or delays early.
    • Apply revisions promptly based on feedback from the project lead or client, referencing the original brief for accuracy.

    Requirements

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphics design.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(primary tool) and familiarity with Canva or equivalent design software.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social media graphics, brand identity, and print/digital design.
    • Understanding of design principles: typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Ability to design for multiple platforms with correct dimensions and format requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, web).
    • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across multiple client accounts.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, error-free work.

    Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

    • Video editing skills (basic to intermediate) using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
    • Ability to create simple videos from pictures, raw footage, or templates for social media content (reels, TikToks, stories)
