    Sales Development Intern

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • This individual will support the organization’s growth objectives by actively contributing to field sales lead generation activities. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through market research, direct outreach, networking, and community engagement. The intern will help build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by leveraging both in-person interactions and digital tools to track and manage leads.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify potential clients within target markets through research, local directories, field sales activities, and industry analysis.
    • Gather and analyze information on prospective clients, including business needs, key decision-makers, and competitive positioning.
    • Maintain an updated database of prospects and market insights.
    • Conduct cold calls and participate in door-to-door visits to sell the company’s services.
    • Schedule meetings and do regular follow-ups with prospectives to convert them to clients under the guidance of senior business development staff.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to identify and engage potential leads, representing the organization professionally and building relationships with prospective clients.
    • Support efforts to generate referrals from existing clients and partners.
    • Assist in maintaining relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
    • Grow revenue from existing clients through upselling, cross-selling and repeat business with the guidance of senior business development staff.
    • Assist in qualifying leads by gathering information on client needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.
    • Prioritize leads based on potential value and readiness to convert.
    • Track daily and weekly field activities, including visits, calls, and meetings.
    • Prepare reports on lead generation performance and insights.
    • Utilize CRM and mobile tools to manage leads and schedule activities efficiently.
    • Continuously learn and adopt new technological tools to improve productivity and effectiveness in lead generation and conversion.
    • Support compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws (e.g., Data Protection Act).

    EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in marketing, Business Administration, Business Development, or a related field.
    • 0–1 year experience in Sales and Business Development.
    • Professional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or PMP) are a strong added.
    • Basic understanding of marketing and/or sales principles.
    • Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, social media platforms, Google Workspace).
    • Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) for research and content support is an added advantage.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of organization, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment

    Digital Marketer

    JOB PURPOSE:

    • This individual will be responsible for developing and managing our client’s digital marketing strategies, with a focus on social media, content creation, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media management, content marketing, and digital advertising to grow brand awareness and attract potential clients.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate qualified leads for our client’s home care programs.
    • Create engaging, SEO-friendly content and visuals for social media, blogs, and websites to boost brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
    • Monitor and manage social media channels—responding promptly to comments, inquiries, and messages to maintain a professional and caring brand tone.
    • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, including lead generation, engagement rates, and conversion data, using tools like Meta Ads Manager and Lead management CRM.
    • Optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for improved click-through and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with company objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
    • Conduct market and audience research to identify trends and opportunities for campaign optimization.
    • Create and schedule content calendars highlighting caregiver programs, testimonials, awareness posts, and educational materials.
    • Manage and nurture leads through the CRM system, tagging and tracking outcomes to support follow-ups and improve lead quality.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and industry best practices to continuously enhance campaign performance.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & CAREER EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
    • Proven ability to run successful social media campaigns and digital ads.
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising tools.
    • Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.
    • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to track performance.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
