    HR Assistant

    • This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience who want to develop their skills in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other core HR activities. You'll be an integral part of a supportive team, ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    • Maintain and update employee records in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Provide support during new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
    • Assist with employee benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
    • Help with payroll processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and other data.
    • Organize and coordinate training programs to foster employee growth.
    • Maintain well-organized HR filing systems for easy access and compliance.
    • Help prepare HR-related reports and documents for management.
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

    Procurement Assistant

    • In this role, you will assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth procurement operations. You’ll be integral in maintaining accurate records, processing purchase orders, and helping monitor inventory levels to ensure the team’s success.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Assist with sourcing and purchasing goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies
    • Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
    • Maintain and update vendor records in the procurement database
    • Monitor inventory levels and help manage stock to avoid shortages or excess
    • Prepare contracts and agreements with vendors
    • Support the procurement team with data entry, reports, and general administrative tasks

    Legal Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Legal Support: Review, edit, and summarize contracts and other legal documents. Provide day-to-day legal support to the internal team, assisting with legal research as needed.
    • Compliance & Records: Ensure the organization is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining an up-to-date and well-organized legal filing system.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized university.
    • Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid practicing certificate.
    • Minimum of 3 years of post-admission experience in legal practice.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
