    Warehouse Administrator

    Key Requirements:

    • Receiving and evaluating incoming shipments for quantity and quality compliance and processing them in the ERP system.
    • Packing and dispatch of goods to customers in harmony with the company’s excellence values
    • Improving delivery plans with strong scheduling knowledge, organizational skills, and efficient coordination with courier services.
    • Oversees upkeep of equipment and the physical condition of the warehouse, identifying the need for maintenance, renovations, and replacements.
    • Maintains the warehouse clean with proper housekeeping and in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
    • Designing and maintaining warehouse and storage layout to maximize space utilization, accommodate equipment, and optimize processes.
    • Implementation of company policies and procedures to improve safety, workflow, and productivity.
    • Ensuring warehouse shelves and racking are in good condition and properly labelled.
    • Planning and coordinating stock-take activities.
    • Oversees disposal of waste in coordination with the sustainability department.
    • Supporting Operations Manager in orders processing, procurement, and maintenance activities.
    • Supporting operations Manager in coordinating logistics activities including shipping goods from overseas
    • Use ERP and IQM system to manage the stock effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and Logistics with relevant experience.
    • Must have a minimum 3 years working experience in similar position
    • Excellent analytical and IT skills Ability to work on your own and in a team.
    • The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
    • Good spoken and written English.
    • A flexible approach to work and work hours.
    • Be prepared to tackle any other duties for the good of the company.

    Accountant

    Key Requirements:

    • Complete a daily report on the financial health of the business.
    • Manage Payroll and submit statutory deductions i.e. NHIF, NSSF, PAYE and VAT
    • Produce monthly Management Reports.
    • Work with Tally ERP system as a management tool for accounts.
    • Manage inter-company transactions
    • Handle all banking requirements both online and offline.
    • Initiate Payments to Suppliers using the Online banking portal.
    • Manage all licensing and permits for the business.
    • Liaise with Operation Manager and ensure timely payment schedule for all supplier payments.
    • Create cashflow forecasts.
    • Advise senior management on any issues.
    • Actively scrutinize and act upon areas where profit could be increased.
    • Advise on any structural systems that could be changed to increase efficiency and profitability.
    • Create an annual budget for the business, broken down into months, with measurable targets.
    • Conduct regular checks on pricing and margins.
    • Review quarterly product pricing and margins
    • Raise quotes and proposals
    • Manage client contracts
    • Manage Tenders.

     Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
    • Must be CPA (K) or ACCA finalist
    • Must have 3 – 4 years working experience in a similar role
    • Must be Proficient in using accounting systems, General Accounting skills and Computer skills especially excel
    • Must be a good team player with excellent communication skills
    • Must be organized, accurate and detail oriented
    • Must be highly reliable and Confidentiality
    • Results oriented and ability to deliver within very strict deadlines
    • Can work under minimal supervision.

    Sales Engineer (International Engineering Company)

    Key Requirements

    • Achieve a monthly profitable order level to ensure he/she meets or exceeds the annual sales target set by the Company for the Sales Engineer
    • Generate sales to exceed forecast
    • Generate profitable orders from the sales accounts assigned, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and to establish a long term relationship of trust and confidence between the company and their valued customer
    • Maintain a full understanding of the market. Be aware of market developments and the activities of the competition. Identify sales opportunities and understand how to convert them
    • Conduct customer training and to co‐ordinate promotional activities with the Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager/General Manager
    • Handle customer complaints and quality concerns regarding the products and services supplied
    • Maintain an active call planning and reporting system, and be prepared to provide regular updates of his/her activities – customer visits, quotations, orders etc
    • Develop and maintain a high level knowledge of their products as well as their application through a programme of self‐study and company conducted training
    • To perform any special projects or tasks that may be assigned to from time to time
    • Ensure that customers receive accurate and timely quotations for products/services; may expedite orders. Follows up with customers to ensure satisfaction with product/service and to identify needs for potential future business
    • Assist customer with installation and commissioning of electronic controls, electrical and mechanical components

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering with relevant experience
    • At least 5 years working experience in engineering and sales
    • Suitable competency in Windows computing, Word, Access database, excel and power point with some experience in AUTOCAD drawing.  Additional experience in any CRM software will be an added advantage
    • Electronic / Electrical competency with basic electronic communication language
    • Ability to work on your own and in a team
    • Minimum 2 years driving vehicle experience with valid driving licence
    • A flexible approach to work and hours
    • A willingness to travel and stay on overnight trips
    • Basic knowledge of French language will be an added advantage

    Key Requirements:

    • Provide first-level support/response to prospects and clients’ requests or issue escalations as needed, in line with the SLA requirements, the scope of authority, and budgetary guidelines.

    • Support the development and roll-out of systems and digital tools to improve the company’s effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Assist in implementing an automated video series that people can watch to get started learning the platform.
    • Assist in implementing the knowledge base articles to increase customer self-service without the need to rely on speaking to a customer support personnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have experience in selling or supporting a SaaS or technical product.
    • Experience driving customer success or account management.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and articulation skills
    • Hands-on experience in understanding the sales cycle
    • Knowledge of working with a CRM
    • Intermediate technical understanding of GPS tracking & telemetry
    • Should be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • A customer-oriented attitude that drives results
    • SaaS and B2B experience preferred.

    Sponsorship & Event Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • Assist with the development and presentation of proposals aimed at securing new sponsorships
    • Develop a plan for each sponsorship opportunity, including creating marketing materials such as brochures and fliers that promote the event or activity
    • Coordinate with event producers to ensure that all sponsors are represented at events
    • Inform company executives about upcoming events and opportunities for exposure through sponsorship
    • Monitor the status of current sponsorships to ensure that all commitments are met by both parties
