    Sales Engineer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market research: Conduct market research to identify new B2B & B2C sales channels and stay informed about industry trends, customer needs and competitive activities.
    • Technical sales: Demonstrate the technical capabilities and benefits of the HVAC systems and products to potential customers.
    • Product presentations: Make presentations to customers, demonstrating the features and benefits of the HVAC systems and products.
    • Technical training: Provide technical training to customers and other stakeholders as required.
    • Quotation preparation: Prepare detailed quotations for customers based on their specifications and requirements.
    • Customer support: Provide technical support and guidance to existing customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the products and services provided. Keep the customers updated on new product launches.
    • Problem solving: Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise with customers.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that the HVAC systems and products meet customer specifications and requirements.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and control the stock availability.

    Front Office Admin

    Profile Introduction            

    Our client a multinational company seeks to bring on board a Front Office Admin, who will be responsible for providing efficient front office services for the Administration services.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and deliveries.
    • Assists staff in using telephones by setting up passwords and voice mail.
    • Updating and sharing the telephone list with all current staff.
    • Delivery, receipt and distribution of mail from courier services.
    • Receiving visitors at front desk and directs the visitors as appropriate.
    • Assists in typing correspondence for various staff including visa letters and other  letters as may be requested.
    • Assist in the recruitment process such as preparing interview schedules, sending  emails and calling the candidates.
    • Assist in preparation of documentation for various meetings as requested.
    • Support in institutional events and HR & Administration driven initiatives: - such as staff parties, staff engagement activities etc.
    • Support the procurement department in VAT application and other administrative  duties when need arises.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Diploma of proficiency in French is an added advantage.
    • At least two years relevant experience.
    • Experience in use of ERP is an added advantage.

    Office Coordinator

    Key duties & responsibilities                                                                             

    • Ensure there are sufficient office supplies to enable a conducive and effective workspace for the foundation staff.
    • Maintain the general office filing system.
    • Manage the logistics calendar (drivers/third party driving service).
    • Liaise with Program EA to facilitate internal communication within the Country Office.
    • Participate as a member in the Joint Health, Safety and Wellness Committee and ensure the Country Office meets government regulations on matters health, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Support the Facilities Manager in the delivery of all facilities management services in line with agreed service level agreements with suppliers ensuring we have consistent service.
    • With the support of the Facilities Manager, support in conducting workplace inspections and audits and ensure all findings are documented, owned and completed as required.
    • Proactively report or log any observations, service issues or failures into the facilities helpdesk system as and when required so as to provide proactive service to staff.
    • Ensure effective financial management through adhering to company purchasing procedures.
    • Working with the Facilities Manager to ensure that the space planning data base is updated and maintained on a regular basis.
    • Participate in Control reviews and ensure that all non-conformances and opportunities for improvement are brought to the attention of the Facilities Manager.
    • Prepare purchase orders, review and process invoices as per the laid down guidelines.
    • Support onsite supervision and coordinating work of contractors and suppliers.
    • Provide assistance in the onboarding process by ensuring new hire workstations, business cards and other facilities requirements are set up.
    • Conduct supplier performance review as per the schedule.
    • Handle emergency calls related to the office and coordinate resolution accordingly.
    • Provide assistance with special projects when required.
    • Provide assistance to other administrative staff when required.

    Academic and Professional Qualifications                                                 

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business related field or any related field
    • Facilities Management experience is an added advantage

    Experience                                                                                          

    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Office Administrative role in a fast-paced environment. Local experience preferred.

    Sales Consultant/ Executive

    Key areas of Responsibility

    • Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month as per assigned targets.
    • Write complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
    • Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
    • Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Sales Manager.
    • Keep up to date on new products and services within the industry.
    • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

    • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
    • Attend sales meetings and submit timely reports when required.

    • Bachelors  degree in Business Management/Sales and marketing or a related field from a recognized university.

    Sales Manager

    Key areas of Responsibility

    • Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Sales Consultants/ Executives.
    • Direct sales staffing training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
    • Establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
