    HR Account Manager (SMEs)

    • We seek to hire highly skilled and experienced HR Generalists with a passion for consulting and a strong track record in supporting SMEs. Join our dynamic team as a HR Account Manager. This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and support in all areas of human resources.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Execute on agreed client HR deliverables
    • Manage and meet client expectations
    • Interpret overall business strategy objectives into HR deliverables
    • Provide innovative solutions to clients' HR needs and gaps
    • Support managers within client businesses with their people needs
    • Support the hiring manager in the recruitment and selection processes
    • Create and implement robust client onboarding and orientation systems
    • Review Client HR handbooks and policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant
    • Write HR manuals/ handbooks and policies where necessary
    • Advise the company on employee disciplinary matters
    • Participate in performance management processes and documentation
    • Coordinate employee exit processes and procedures
    • Incharge of HR Admin and HR documentation; preparation of Jds, contracts etc
    • Participate in company culture development
    • Accurately manage payroll systems where necessary.

    Person’s specifications

    • At least 5 years of work experience in a busy SME
    • Experience in a HR Consulting Agency and accounts management
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or a related field
    • Relevant HR Qualification and Registration
    • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and translate facts and data into solutions
    • Willingness to learn and a love for reading
    • Thorough understanding of the Kenya labour laws
    • High emotional intelligence and personable
    • Must have excellent people skills
    • Keen attention to detail and strong administration skills
    • Excellent communication skills both oral and in writing
    • Energetic and confident, able to address business owners and senior management
    • Willing to gain training skills and learn how to develop training content

    Legal Administrator

    • Our client, a law firm, seeks to hire a passionate and driven Legal Administrator. He or she will drive operational excellence in the company and will be overall responsible for project management

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage all administrative functions: office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and security.
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management.
    • Develop office policies for efficiency and compliance.
    • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling.
    • Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents and records.
    • Support marketing initiatives and client events.
    • Liaise with vendors for timely service delivery.
    • Ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.
    • Provide leadership for excellent results and client service.
    • Participate in strategic planning for organizational goals.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field. A degree in law or paralegal studies is a plus.
    • Previous experience in law firm administration or similar role in a legal environment.
    • Knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
    • Familiarity with financial management and accounting practices.
    • Experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Strong understanding of technology systems and software relevant to law firm operations.
    • Knowledge of marketing and business development practices in the legal industry.
    • Familiarity with legal ethics and professional responsibility guidelines
