    Human Resource Analyst

    Job Purpose:  

    • Manages the HR Analytics and Reporting; supports HR Budgeting and OPEX Management for the Group.  
    • Coordinates the annual HR business planning exercise by partnering with the departments and HR teams as well as Finance in the process.
    • Tracks, monitors and reports progress and trends according to agreed actions as well as measures of success 
    • Develops routines for HR budgeting & reporting for the Group, working with the Finance and HR teams to report status according to Kenya standards, metrics, and guidelines. 
    • Provides administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s office through the effective handling of administrative tasks while projecting a professional engagement with all HR stakeholders. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develops and promotes internal controls, standards, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in mining data used for decision-making, internal/external reporting, and communications.
    • Provides Subsidiaries and Group Team’s Performance, Productivity and Compensation analytics to the Group Total Rewards Director, HR Business Partners and Group HR Director as necessary.
    • Develops, maintains, and periodically reports on the HR Scorecards and Dashboards.
    • Leads the preparation of periodic Board Reports in liaison with the HR Teams
    • Coordinates HR Customer Satisfaction Surveys
    • Determines the need and builds budgeting & reporting capacity within the Group HR teams
    • Participates in operations meetings (e.g., EGHL Operations strategic Planning sessions) to gain an understanding of operating environment and business needs.
    • Co-ordinates all HR Leadership team meetings / events / seminars (both on and off site)
    • Acts as liaison between the Group Director HR Director and internal as well as external clients 
    • Develops & assembles presentations, workbooks or manuals and correspondence as required 
    • Acts as a central point for key HR Admin processes (including shared drive disciplines, standard forms & standard processes) 

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • A relevant, Business or Behavioral sciences degree.
    • HR Generalist knowledge, with 3 – 5 Years exposure to Big Data Analytics, Reporting, Budgeting, and project management 
    • Experience In Using Statistical Tools 
    • Packages for both qualitative and quantitative data analysis including Power Bi, Excel-VBA, and Look-up functions (VLOOK-UP, INDEX-MATCH)

    Talent and Capability Manager

    Job Purpose:  

    The role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, talent segmentation, job rotation, and mentorship programs. This role is critical in ensuring that our bank attracts, develops, and retains top talent to drive business success. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    Talent Acquisition: 

    • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. 
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions. 
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. 
    • Build a positive candidate experience, managing candidate’s expectations and maintaining relationships for those candidates who are not selected at present against a particular skill set, for future prospects. 
    • Support HRBPs in the workforce planning - examine workforce plans, understands the skills, competencies, and experience necessary that aligns to the business needs.

    • Conduct regular talent reviews and create development plans for high-potential employees.

    Talent Segmentation: 

    • Analyze workforce data to segment talent based on skills, performance, and potential.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Experience 

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management, with a focus on talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development. 
    • Proven track record of implementing successful talent management programs in a corporate environment. 
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Sales & Distributions Lead - Finserve

    Role Purpose

    The Sales and Distribution Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and distribution strategy of Finserve Africa products & services. This role ensures optimal product availability, manages distribution channels, and maximizes sales performance. 

    The role holder will be responsible for developing sales strategies, overseeing distribution channels, managing sales teams, and ensuring optimal market coverage to maximize revenue and brand presence.

    Role Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy & Business Development:

    • Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital financial products.
    • Experience with customer-centric design and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
