    IT Business Partner

    Specification

    • Serve as the key interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of business technology solutions, service
    • management, risk management, and relationship management
    • Enforce IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the Group IT. And also any locally agreed policies.
    • An ambassador between the IT Department and other business Departments with a focus on best user experience
    • Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their ERP & technology needs while also liaising with Group IT to
    • understand ecosystem
    • Involved in coordinating various IT projects and undertaking application change request testing and product testing as requested by the
    • group enterprise management team
    • Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
    • Inspect the use of technological equipment and local software to ensure functionality and efficiency
    • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and execute the same in line with business needs
    • Control budget and report on expenditure
    • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating a cost-efficient BU

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a bias on Business Management.

    Experience:

    • At least five years in a senior role in a busy and complex IT environment
    • Wide knowledge of business management and technical skills and the capacity to harness and implement business solutions
    • Knowledge and experience of innovative technologies, IIOT etc.
    • Business process & SAP ERP understanding.

    Specification

    Drive Company’s vision “Best in Class” at the Point of Sale (POS)Yearly Promotions Planning / Management

    • Develop yearly promotional plan on for service centers in line with brand guidelines and business opportunities, Sales feedback as well as
    • shoppers’ insights.
    • Plan DTEU’ collateral requirements by quarter and allocation

    Promotions Evaluation

    • Pre & post promotions evaluation through: estimated ROI & market feedback as well as market data readings when applicable.
    • Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager to validate all promotions for future planning and efficient achievements.
    • Manage DTEU collateral and utilization monitoring with the DTEU sales team.

    Functional Coordination

    • Consult with other functions internally as well as externally (Agencies, trade) as necessary to gain information and insights, as well as achieve
    • results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.
    • Conduct market visits in coordination with ASM’s & Marketing

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications;

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor of Commerce or Marketing .
    • MBA is an added advantage.
    • Work experience of 2 years in the Sales and Marketing domain.
    • Core expertise in the Marketing with stints of 3 years.
    • Core expertise in Trade Marketing with stints of 2 years. Experience in the Building Materials, Construction or related consumer industry.
    • Marketing exposure in the consumer industry with strong distribution channels.
    • Exposure to B2C marketing programs and technical marketing programs

    Product Marketing Officer

    Introduction

    To drive the execution of the Product Management plan for a group of roofing products and be responsible for Brand campaigns, product launches, and routine marketing activities. Develop initiatives to grow market share, sustain positive brand health, and grow consumer value across assigned products.

    Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications;

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing /business) or equivalent.
    • MBA is an added advantage
    • Professional Member of MSK / CIM body.
    • Work experience of 5 years in the marketing function.
    • Core expertise in the Marketing with stints of 3 years.
    • Should have exposure to B2B marketing programs, technical marketing programs and worked with influencers.
