    IT Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Manage information technology and computer systems
    • Manage IT, and technical team, to support the organization’s IT equipment including gaming-related equipment and office equipment.
    • Control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
    • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
    • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages
    • Manage IT, staff, by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
    • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
    • Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
    • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
    • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
    • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
    • Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
    • Run regular checks on network and data security
    • Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
    • Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
    • Design training programs and workshops for staff
    • Conduct regular system audits
    • Run and share regular operation system reports with senior staff
    • Manage and report on the allocation of the IT budget
    • Work along with the Slots department, bringing IT support.
    • Perform audits, checkups to the Slots system, and connections to improve it
    • Update network map, assets inventory, licensing allocation

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
    • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computerhardware/software systems
    • Hands-on experience with computer networks (Cisco and Ubiquiti; UniFi, Time Machine, Edgeand Wireguard), network administration (ManageEngine, SNMP, WireShark, SysLog, Graphana), network installation (Structured Network (UTP), Fiber, Network Topology, physical cabling troubleshooting) and network analysis (Packet Inspection, Traffic Shaper, and Switching)
    • Databases management skills: Data management - Filtering, binding, and transforming and Data Base Engines namely MSSQL, MySQL, CSV and MariaDB
    • Ability to manage personnel
    • Organized, works under pressure, self-manageable

    HR Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
    • Work closely with the top management to strategize, build, customize, and refine tools to facilitate process workflows and/or provide guidance and direction to staff.
    • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
    • Develop an excellent organizational culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the organization's objectives, core values, and principles, and promote a sense of pride purpose, and belonging.
    • Promote a culture of excellence within the organization
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 8+ years of progressive human resources experience in a medium to a large organization with experience leading teams and assessing human resources services
    • A minimum of 5 years in the role of a HR manager
    • Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources, Education, Social Science, or related field preferred
    • Practicing License is a must
    • An affinity for the service sector is essential
    • Demonstrated success in HR systems and HR policy/practice
    • Experience with negotiation and influencing at senior management levels
    • A leadership style that will incite enthusiasm, provide vision, create positive morale, and act as a role model for standards of professionalism
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to support a diverse associate population as well as the growth of the company
    • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills are essential
    • Ability and willingness to develop presentations as required
    • A track record of effective human resources decision-making and an "urgency to execute" attitude is essential for this fast-paced environment

    Quality Assurance Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet the required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
    • Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
    • Review current standards and policies
    • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
    • Communicate quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
    • Coordinate product testing processes.
    • Participate in product testing.
    • Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
    • Review client, customer, and user feedback.
    • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
    • Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.=

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or relevant role
    • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
    • BSC/ BA in Quality discipline or related field
    • Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
    • A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and databases
    • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
