    Graphic Designer & Creative Brand Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong visual brand identity.   
    • Design posters, banners, menus, flyers, brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.   
    • Create digital content for social media and online campaigns.   
    • Design outlet branding, signage, uniforms, vehicle branding, and environmental graphics.   
    • Develop product packaging and presentation concepts.   
    • Support marketing campaigns, activations, and promotions.   
    • Coordinate with printers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.   
    • Conduct branding inspections across branches and operational sites.   
    • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and outlets.   
    • Introduce innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.   
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or digital content creation.   
    • Experience in hospitality, food industry, retail, or FMCG branding is an added advantage.   
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or related software required.

    Sales Representative – Distribution & Territory Operations

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales growth within assigned territories.   
    • Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.   
    • Grow daily sales volumes and market share.   
    • Oversee performance of distributor shops and franchise outlets.   
    • Recruit and onboard new vendor cart franchisees and distribution partners.   
    • Conduct customer visits and manage client relationships.   
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.   
    • Support outlet promotions, campaigns, activations, and brand visibility initiatives.   
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

    Head Chef

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating, and service delivery.   
    • Lead, supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure productivity and performance.   
    • Develop, review, and standardize recipes, menus, and portion controls.   
    • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste across all products.   
    • Monitor food costs, wastage, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.   
    • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations.   
    • Manage procurement planning and coordinate with suppliers on kitchen requirements.   
    • Conduct stock control, monitor expiry dates, and enforce FIFO procedures.   
    • Introduce new menu ideas and support product innovation based on customer trends.   
    • Investigate customer complaints relating to food quality and implement corrective measures.   
    • Prepare operational reports relating to kitchen performance, stock, and costs.   
    • Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or related field.   
    • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Head Chef role.   
    • Experience in restaurants, hotels, poultry/FMCG food production, or high-volume kitchens is highly preferred.   
    • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and kitchen operations.   
    • Experience in menu costing, inventory control, and kitchen budgeting required.   
    • Certification in Food Safety or HACCP is an added advantage.

    Procurement Intern

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders   
    • Support supplier communication and follow-ups   
    • Obtain and compare supplier quotations   
    • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation   
    • Assist in receiving and verifying delivery documents   
    • Support inventory tracking and stock updates   
    • Monitor order status and delivery timelines   
    • Ensure proper filing of procurement records and contracts

    Requirements:
