    Manager UI/UX Support

    The Position: 

    Reporting to the Manager, Mobile Channels this role is responsible driving the end-to-end mobile channels experience designs from discovery through delivery to utilization. The role is responsible for designing new features and improving existing ones to create simple and yet powerful experiences on the bank’s digital products. The role will work closely with product managers as well as internal and external developers to deliver on the bank’s digital agenda. This role is also responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements on the channels, defining the product vision, and working closely with technology development teams both internal and partners to deliver winning products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Translate product concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
    • Facilitate the bank’s digital products vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences
    • Produce a wide range of high-quality user experience deliverables leveraging best practices such as journey maps, personas, user flows, concept models, wireframes and prototypes
    • Continuously test and review the banks digital products and identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
    • Provide input and expertise in strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functionality and features
    • Lead continuous usability tests and research to effectively synthesize user feedback/activity to deliver insights that inform product development
    • Work closely with contracted partners to provide direction on UI designs and illustration requests, while also providing basic UI designs as needed
    • Define project timelines and deliverables for design initiatives while reporting on statuses as it is executed
    • Manage testing and delivery of the bank’s digital channels’ user experience, look and feel and usability.

    Manager API & Integration Support

    The Position: 

    Reporting to the Manager, Mobile Payments, this role is responsible for developing the bank’s API ecosystem roadmap and working with the Technology team to onboard and support 3rd party developers to integrate and build excellent customer solutions. The position will drive the evolution of the bank’s API offering working with the Technology team to develop and customize different APIs for both internal and external consumption. The role is also responsible for working with partners wishing to integrate with the bank’s systems at scale from the online portal and build custom financial services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop the bank’s API roadmap with the Technology team, shared services on KYC and partners and growth teams to build a broad ecosystem.
    • Ensure proper documentation of the API platform roadmap, processes, and procedures.
    • Support external partners and developers during onboarding and access on the bank’s API platform.
    • Support partners in the operationalization and commercialization of the bank’s supported APIs.
    • Provide API credentials and Sandbox access upon request by internal and external developers where necessary.
    • Continuous monitoring of the API platform for any technical issues and escalation to Technology team for any faults or failures.
    • Train both internal external developers on the bank’s API platform, its capabilities, features, use cases and roadmap.
    • Plan and communicate maintenance or upgrade plans of the API platform to all stakeholders.
    • Document and continuously update the bank’s supported APIs on the API platform.

    The Person:

    • University degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field from a recognized institution.
    • Master’s degree and professional qualifications will be added advantage.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in software development or a similar role.

    The Position:

    Reporting to the Head Growth & Commercialization, the job holder is responsible for delivery of the corporate business community and subsidiaries. He/She will implement digital solutions for product specialists such as trade finance, cash management, asset finance and to commercialize for Capital & Insurance. The successful candidate will also onboard corporates & government agencies for specialized projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Revenue targets: responsible for ensuring that digital sales targets are met for these business segments as well as align closely with the divisions to ensure that the teams are driven to meet customer and revenue targets.
    • Clients’ relationship: ensure customer satisfaction is high to both internal and external customers.
    • Maintain and record a healthy sales pipeline whilst leveraging on your knowledge of the typical sales process with the intent to streamline workflow.
    • Gain market insights and help shape the solutions being offered by the business.
    • Executing the go to market plans with the aim of creating awareness of the business’s latest products/solutions/technology/innovations in key markets.

    The Position:

    Reporting to the Director, Digital Financial Services, the role holder will develop and execute the go to market strategy for digital products and services in collaboration with other divisions / subsidiaries across the business. In addition, he/she will deliver customer and financial targets in line with the digital business commercial strategy and a working distribution model that supports the digital channels availability, accessibility, and visibility.

    The Position:

    Reporting to the Director, Digital Financial Services, the position is responsible for advocating, developing, and promoting effective collaboration and partnerships among relevant stakeholders, coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of joint programs undertaken with partners and provide leadership in resource mobilization for delivering 3rd party partnerships for DFS.

    Access Management Engineer

    The Position:

    Technology Service Delivery is responsible for managing the delivery, performance, supply chain of IT services and enterprise applications to provide the required level of service, system performance and functionality required to meet business objectives and customer (internal/external) expectations.

    The Access Management Engineer is responsible in managing the identities, provisioning and deprovisioning of access rights of people within the organization. The individual shall be liable for managing day to day incidents and user’s support requests and ensuring that customer requests for access and profiles are completed in a timely manner. He/she shall also provide 1st level support for the different bank applications. He/She shall be the advocate of principles of least privilege, role based and just in time access control across the group.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish stringent access control management on user account creation, maintenance and termination on operating systems, applications, and databases to ensure information systems security, integrity, and confidentiality.
    • Conduct timely exits on all systems as per HR exit notifications.
    • Assess and implement actions resulting from periodic user recertification exercises across the KCB group landscape.
    • Investigating, diagnosing and resolving all first level user management incidents assigned within the agreed timelines in the Service Level Agreement.
    • Provide input and feedback in gaps and enhancements to user Management of all mission critical systems and roles, automation platforms, and processes.
    • Escalating more complicated and technical problems to the 2nd level support within the Technology departments.
    • Ensures that daily status reports are compiled and continually modified to meet the needs of the business as well as reporting to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business.
    • Define, create, and deliver user management appropriate documentation to the defined Technology team standards and ensuring that new procedures are documented in an efficient and timely manner and that suitable version control is employed.
    • Create and deliver Service Catalogue, Client Support technical documentation and Knowledge base content and ensure they are disseminated to users.
    • Conduct research and development on new areas in identity/privileged access management and perform knowledge sharing with Technology Security team across the group.

    The Person:

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    • University degree from a recognized institution.
    • Qualifications in ITIL will be added advantage.
    • At least 4 years Information Technology experience with at least 2 years User Management experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent planning, organization, problem solving and analytical skills.
