    Logistics Assistant

    Job Overview

    • The Logistics Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth farm collections and accurate deliveries from our stores to our client’. The role involves confirming quality and quantity of produce at the farm level, maintaining accurate records, delivering products on time, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Logistics Assistant will critically link the business with our suppliers and clients hence critical in realizing our business goals and objectives.

    Job Description

    • Confirm quality and quantity of produce at the collection point.
    • Check each item and ensure conformity to standards and isolate non-conformity products.
    • Carefully load and offload company products at both collection and delivery locations.
    • Assist drivers in finding collection & delivery locations through mapping out optimal routes.
    • Accurately confirm delivery and dispatch notes against physical goods to ensure accuracy.
    • Ensure customer delivery timelines are met and products are in good condition upon receipt.
    • Accurately weigh and record produce with farmers and customers.
    • Maintain accurate sourcing and delivery records and submit them at the end of the shift.
    • Safely use and maintain company equipment and tools of trade.
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with farmers and customers.
    • Reporting: timely and accurately update the logistics lead of any challenges experienced while on deliveries or pickups.
    • Report customer feedback or concern to the relevant personnel on time to enhance service delivery.
    • Collect and submit cheques for clients as instructed and ensure they are handed to the finance team within 24 hours of collection.
    • Any other duties assigned relating to the role.

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an aggressive, results-driven Field Sales Executive with proven experience in concrete sales, construction materials, or real estate. The role is entirely field-based, requiring daily travel to construction sites, ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants, contractor offices, and project locations. You will be responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships onsite.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development (Field-Based)

    • Identify and visit potential customers: builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure firms, and government project authorities.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and market mapping of active construction zones.
    • Present and sell products: ready-mix concrete, aggregates, blocks, cement, steel, or real estate units (as per business line).
    • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules directly on site.

    Client Relationship Management

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing to manage end-to-end financial operations, including store management, procurement coordination, and debt collection. The role requires hands-on expertise with SAP and a solid command of accounting principles, cost control, and inventory reconciliation.

    Key Responsibilities

    General Accounting & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, and trial balances.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

    Store Management (Inventory Accounting)

    Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

    Location: Kikuyu
    Salary: KES 75,000 – 100,000 Gross

    Job Summary

    • The QA Engineer ensures that all construction activities, materials, and finished works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, building codes, contractual requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, BS). The role focuses on prevention of defects through system audits, process control, documentation, and continuous improvement.

    Key responsibilities

    Quality System Implementation

    • Implement and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and project-specific requirements.
    • Ensure all site personnel understand and follow approved Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Work Procedures.
    • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers on quality-related matters.

    Inspection & Testing

    • Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, finishes, MEP items) against approved samples and test certificates.
    • Witness and document all required site tests: compaction, slump, rebound hammer, pull-out, pachometer, leak tests, etc.
    • Perform in-process inspections during reinforcement, formwork, concreting, blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing stages.
    • Identify non-conformities (NCRs), issue reports, and track corrective/preventive actions to closure.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain complete QA records: ITP checklists, inspection logs, material approval requests, test reports, and as-built documentation.
    • Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for management and clients.
    • Ensure all inspection requests (IRs) are submitted to consultants/clients in a timely manner.

    Compliance & Audits

    • Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
    • Participate in internal and external quality audits (client, third-party, certification bodies).
    • Conduct subcontractor quality performance evaluations.

    Continuous Improvement

    • Analyze recurring defects and recommend design or process improvements.
    • Lead root cause analysis for major failures and implement preventive actions.
    • Conduct quality inductions and toolbox talks for site labor and technicians.
    • Support adherence to project schedules through quality compliance.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered).
    • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification required; OSHA/Safety certification preferred. ASQ/CQI or Six Sigma Green Belt is an added advantage.
    • 3–8 years’ experience in QA/QC on building or infrastructure projects (high-rise, residential, commercial, roads, or utilities).
    • Strong technical skills, including reading structural and architectural drawings, use of testing equipment (e.g., compression machine, cover meter), and proficiency in MS Office and QA documentation systems.
