    Receptionist

    Job summary:

    Our client is looking for an experience front desk who’ll handle customer inquiries and manage front desk operations.

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Receive and welcome clients and visitors courteously while ensuring the reception area is clean and organized.
    2. Manage front office operations and correspondences while scheduling appointments with respective office bearers.
    3. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports for Senior Management.
    4. Coordinate meetings and ensure meeting areas are set up appropriately.
    5. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    6. Maintain strict confidentiality of information and internal documents while upholding ethics, and professional standards.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience of 3+ years in a busy office environment.
    2. Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical tasks.
    3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operation of office equipment like phones and printers.
    5. Excellent customer service skills with experience in handling multicultural set up.

    Academic qualifications:

    HR Assistant

    Reports to: HR Manager,

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a human resource Assistant to support in running the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.

    Responsibilities

    1. Organizing Staff induction and onboarding programs.
    2. Updating the human resource information systems data.
    3. Undertaking training needs analysis, projections, and developing training programs.
    4. Implementing human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems.
    5. Supporting the recruitment processes.
    6. Payroll processing.
    7. Support in the implementation of training programs.
    8. Participate in handling personnel grievances and other related matters.
    9. Coordinating the staff separation processes.
    10. Disseminating internal communication to staff in a timely manner.
    11. Participate in disciplinary processes Handle inquiries in the HR office promptly and courteously.
    12. Any other duty as assigned by the management

    Experience and skills

    1. Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
    2. Must have a good understanding and practical knowledge of the various employment laws.
    3. Must be computer/ IT proficient.
    4. Must have a laptop
    5. Candidate must be honest, a team player, and able to multi-task.
    6. 3-4 years experience in a similar position.
    7. People management skills and emotional maturity.
    8. Documentation and record keeping.
    9. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
