Roles and Responsibilities

• Issue goods, manage stock transfers, and create GRNS.
• Assist with monthly stock takes and perform spot checks to avoid stockouts.
• Prepare stock expiry reports and purchase requests. Stock items securely and ensure safety of store inventory.
• Build relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate pricing and contracts, and ensure timely procurement.
• Conduct market surveys and maintain updated supplier lists.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to procurement policies.

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement & Supply or Stores Management.
• 4-6 years of experience in hospitality.
• Proficient in Material Control Systems.
• Strong integrity and commitment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Post invoices, process supplier payments, and allocate payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and manage stock consumption expenses.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with M- PESA and cash payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly stock take.
• Returns:
• File and process payments for VAT, 2% WVAT, WTAX, Catering Levy, PAYE, NITA & Housing Levy, and NSSF/SHIFA.

Qualification and Experience

• CPA Section 2-6.
• 3-5 years' experience in hospitality.
• Strong experience with MC and Sun system version 6.
• Opera knowledge is a plus.
• High level of integrity.
