    ICT Coordinator

    The ICT Coordinator will oversee the school’s ICT infrastructure, manage the computer lab, provide technical support, and teach ICT and coding lessons. The role ensures smooth operation of all digital systems while supporting innovative and secure learning environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    ICT Infrastructure Management

    • Oversee installation, maintenance, and proper functioning of ICT equipment (computers, printers, smart boards, routers, Wi-Fi).
    • Ensure reliable internet connectivity across the school.
    • Maintain data security, backups, antivirus protection, and system updates.
    • Keep an updated inventory of ICT equipment.

    Computer Lab Management

    • Manage computer lab scheduling and supervision.
    • Ensure lab cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment operation.
    • Enforce digital safety and acceptable use policies.

    Technical Support & Maintenance

    • Troubleshoot and repair basic hardware and software issues.
    • Install and update operating systems and educational software.
    • Support teachers with classroom technology needs.
    • Ensure software licensing compliance.

    Teaching & Learning (ICT & Coding)

    • Teach ICT and coding lessons in line with the curriculum.
    • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments.
    • Integrate technology into different subjects.
    • Prepare students for coding and robotics competitions.

    Data Protection & Cybersecurity

    • Maintain confidentiality of school data.
    • Implement basic cybersecurity measures.
    • Monitor and restrict access to inappropriate content.

    Strategic Digital Development

    • Support implementation of the school’s digital learning strategy.
    • Recommend innovative technology tools.
    • Assist in ICT expansion planning.
    • Stay updated with emerging education technologies.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Teaching qualification (added advantage).
    • Relevant ICT certifications (added advantage).
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT support or coordination.
    • Knowledge of HTML, Python, Pictoblox, and robotics.
    • Experience teaching ICT or coding in a school setting (preferred).
    • Experience managing networks and computer labs.

    French with Geography/History Teacher (Cambridge Curriculum)

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in French and Geography/History from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in the Cambridge Curriculum.
    • Strong understanding of Cambridge Primary and/or Lower Secondary frameworks and assessments.
    • Proficiency in ICT integration in the classroom.
    • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

    Sports Lead

    The Sports Lead will provide strategic leadership for Physical Education (PE), swimming, and all sports programs across the school. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering a high-quality sports program that promotes student health, participation, teamwork, and excellence while aligning with the school’s vision and standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning & Program Development

    • Develop and implement the annual Sports & PE strategic plan aligned with the school’s vision.
    • Create and manage a comprehensive yearly sports calendar, including PE, swimming, competitions, galas, and inter-school events.
    • Ensure full curriculum coverage and compliance with school standards.

    Teaching & Program Delivery

    • Oversee the delivery of PE and swimming lessons across all year levels.
    • Develop and standardize schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment frameworks.
    • Promote inclusive participation and physical well-being among students.

    Events & Competitions Management

    • Plan and coordinate inter-house competitions, annual sports days, swimming galas, and inter-school tournaments.
    • Organize after-school sports training programs and teams.
    • Manage fixtures, venues, transport, and event logistics.

    Equipment & Facilities Management

    • Maintain accurate inventory of sports equipment.
    • Ensure equipment is safe, well-maintained, and properly stored.
    • Monitor safe use of sports facilities.

    Communication & Coordination

    • Communicate sports schedules, events, and updates to staff and parents.
    • Liaise with external organizations, schools, and sports bodies where necessary.

    Additional Duties

    • Perform other duties as assigned by school leadership.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in an International School.
    • Leadership experience in sports or PE programs preferred.
    • Swimming qualification or lifeguard certification (preferred).
    • Coaching certifications (an added advantage).
