• Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress
• Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Outstanding co ordination and multitasking abilities
• Hands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system
• Active listening and communication competencies
• Good physical endurance
• Understanding of health and safety rules in a restaurant
• Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carry heavy trays
• Certificate in hospitality or relevant field will be appreciated

Requirements

• A serious person who is well conversant with book keeping & computers.
• Completion of KATC level 2 Final or CPA 1 & experience in Accounting functions.
• Should have experience in construction industry.

Job Details

• Proven experience as a cook
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and kitchen utensils
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• A team player with good communication skills
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
• Very good physical condition and endurance
• Fill in for the Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Training from a culinary school will be an asset
