Real Estate Finance Manager Job Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Conduct financial risk analysis and management
• Additional Financial Manager duties as necessary

Requirements for Real Estate Finance Manager Job

• Degree in Finance and/Accounting
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager
• CPA Certified Public Accounts ( CPAK Final) Preferred
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience in preparing financial reports
• Experience in general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Good presentation skills
• Strong personality

The following are the main responsibilities:
Content Management: You will manage the company website from content generation to performing editorial duties.
Digital Marketing: You will be responsible for all the social media platforms. Coming up with a content calendar and executing the same through content that appeals to our target audience.
Events Managements: Our client organizes and participates in events such as seminars, conferences, media engagement etc. Your responsibility will be to make the events successful through proper coordination, liaising with suppliers, inviting participants and guests etc.
Media Relations: You will utilize existing media contacts to ensure that client receives positive and consistent media coverage.
Publications: our client publishes an online and offline newsletter. You will be tasked in ensuring timely publication of the same through sourcing for appropriate content.
Stakeholder Engagement: You will constantly be in touch with our client’s professional body, government institution and other stakeholders and ensure that client is updated on industry trends.
Market Intelligence: You will keep abreast of the competition and market dynamics and advice management.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in either marketing, communication, PR or related studies
2. At least two years experience in PR, Marketing, communication, events management etc.
3. Writing & Editing skills. Evidence of writing skills through publications, blogs, etc
4. Strong Presentation skills. Able to engage an audience
5. Organizational skills through events management
6. Interpersonal skills. Can relate well with different people.
7. Confident personality
8. Self motivated and able to demonstrate initiative
9. Outgoing personality
