    Customer Service: Lab Technician

    The Role

    As a CX Lab Technician, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and customer support. You will be responsible for responding to the needs of customers and providing product information via inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat. You’ll evaluate complex clinical complaints and resolve emerging technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Clinical Troubleshooting: Turn complex clinical and technical feedback into clear, actionable solutions for clients.
    • Digital Workflow Support: Act as a Subject Matter Expert for specific product lines (e.g., implants, full dentures, anterior C&B).
    • Communication: Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (Calls, Email, Chat) with a friendly and timely approach.
    • Problem Resolution: Evaluate and resolve technical lab problems to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Dental Technician role (bench experience) and 3+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design.
    • Language: Full proficiency in English for communication and documentation.
    • Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital dental workflows and restorative products.
    • Soft Skills: A tech-savvy, independent worker who excels in a customer-facing environment.

    Customer Service: IT Expert

    We are seeking an IT Expert to support our dental 3D scanning partners. You will handle complex technical escalations and provide multi-channel support for Windows devices and proprietary software. You’ll be the "go-to" for both internal teams and external small business clients

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Technical Support: Deliver hardware and desktop support for Windows devices and specialized dental software via calls, email, and chat
    • Operational Leadership: Document SOPs to improve daily workflows and provide technical coaching to front-line agents
    • Escalation Management: Serve as the SME for dental 3D scanning hardware, resolving deep-tier technical issues
    • Service Excellence: Ensure all customer complaints are resolved efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: 1–3 years of IT Help Desk experience. Previous experience in a startup or dental environment is a huge plus
    • Technical Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce
    • Language: Fully proficient in English for communication and documentation
    • Specialization: Ability to quickly master proprietary software and hardware configuratio
