The Sales Admin Associate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process by providing administrative and clerical support. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a customer-focused approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate checks on vehicle status, including logbook ownership status, and communicate outcomes with internal stakeholders.
Support buyers and sellers in navigating the administrative close of the sales process
- Clearly explain the sales admin processes(agreement preparations, payments, ownership transfers, and insurance covers) to set expectations on timelines, and outcomes.
- Walk customers through our sales documentation and answer any questions
- Ensure all documentation is duly signed and KYC docs are on file - if done online, everything is downloaded and stored in Drive; if done offline, everything is scanned and stored in Drive
Coordinate and execute the physical handover of the vehicle with the fleet team by ensuring that:
- The fleet representative will go through the handover checklist with the buyer and ensure they sign at the end of the handover process.
- The customer is to sign the delivery book when collecting the logbook at the car handover time.
- Perform pre-handover checks on the car and lead handovers to customers
Coordination of logbook-related services, such as ownership transfers, acceptance of ownership, and logbook pickups
- Introduce scope of services and pricing to buyer, coordinate to get logbook and ID to be able to pick the new logbook, identify and coordinate with a trusted agent to facilitate pickup and delivery
- Identify the status of logbook ownership, and relevant parties to engage; ensure customers have Ecitizen accounts and troubleshoot any issues with Ecitizen accounts or logbooks
- Logbooks are transferred on time; communication between relevant parties is clear and respectful; delivery notes are sent; pre-handover checks are done with customers
- Follow up with the sellers on the cancellation of active insurance policies once the car is successfully sold, and assist buyers in obtaining new insurance policies before they leave with their cars from the LOT
- Complete, accurate, and timely data entry.
- Coordinate payments with the finance team and communicate payment updates to customers. Ensure transaction receipts and swift confirmations are shared with customers in Whatsapp groups on time. Also, ensure broker fees are processed as soon as they are approved by the quality assurance team.
Knowledge and Experience
- Business related degree
- Ability to complete administrative work accurately and efficiently.

The Customer Success Associate is responsible for inbound and outbound communication to customers, directing customers to the appropriate team, resolving customer problems, assisting in customer retention efforts and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience while interacting with Peach.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead customer communications across phone, email, and text to support lead qualification, cold calling, surveys, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure improved customer experience from lead generation to customer generation.
- Assist in customer retention efforts by constantly following up on customers who are within the Peach pipeline.
- Help analyze market and performance trends sharing with the relevant teams to capture our customer needs and wants and enhance our customer support.
- Assist to do customer surveys to past customers to help know how to improve support better.
- Assist with KPI metrics tracking to help make data driven decisions and mold our business as per our client needs
Knowledge and Experience
- At Least 4 years of experience as a customer experience/ support representative
- Experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
- Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CX and CRM software
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer centered approach

The Car Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying any mechanical or cosmetic issues, and providing accurate reports to assist in making informed decisions about the purchase or sale of vehicles. This role requires strong automotive knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate findings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections both mechanical and non mechanical checks in conjunction with the Assistant Inspector
- QC both his work and the assistant inspectors’
- Proper checks, identification and diagnosis to ensure accurate issues are well captured
- Process and interpret all information captured during the inspection process to ensure it makes sense when documented
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections with accuracy
- Take customers through the inspection report ensuring that the information is well understood
- Participate and/or lead internal trainings for various teams from time to time
- Participate and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives including research and development within the inspection team
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in Vehicle Inspection, Automotive Diagnostics, or Motor Vehicle Mechanics.
- 3+ years in vehicle inspection, diagnostics, or repairs.
- Experienced in engine checks, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, bodywork, and interiors.
- Knowledge of vehicle pre-purchase and pre -repair inspection standards.
- Skilled in using Inspection tools, e.g. OBD and computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Proficient in manual checks and digital reporting systems.

The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing all vehicles on the various lots across multiple locations at Peach. They will oversee the company’s fleet of used vehicles, ensuring smooth operations, timely and optimized vehicle transfers between locations, data tracking and analysis to inform strategic decision making. This role involves close collaboration across multiple departments and interfaces with customers as well.
Duties and responsibilities
People & Operations Management
- Ensure that the location-specific teams are completing the various tasks that are required. For example, ensure trackers are filled, cars are cleaned, fueled, washed and ready for customer handover.
- Performance Management of Fleet Team. Ensure that every team member on the fleet team is performing to Peach standard
- Coaching, mentoring and 1-1 management of the team.
- Manage any issues that come up on the lot, and direct the team to respond accordingly.
Customer Service
- As needed, Customers are attended to with care and it is the priority of the whole Fleet team to meet the needs of the customer, first.
Internal Team Collaborations
- Data systems and processes are built in conjunction with adjacent teams (Sales, Inspections etc.) These data systems are used to drive data-driven decision making.
- Supporting investigations for any accidents on the lot that both meet the needs of the customer without being hefty costs to the business; and systems are created to ensure outcomes and lessons learned.
Strategize on scaling the business, problem solve
- Iterate, test and implement systems to support the scale and growth of Peach in Kenya (i.e. if we have 4 locations across Nairobi and another location in Nakuru, how do we organize viewings for potential buyers? How do we move vehicles from locations effectively and with low cost? How do we better understand which vehicles sell at the various locations and strategically place vehicles to meet the needs of potential buyers in those locations)
- Dive into larger strategic questions that will prevent our ability to scale as a business (i.e. how can we move more cars while spending less on fuel? How can we move cars from NBO to Nakuru?)
- Identify operational gaps in vehicle management across multiple locations and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline vehicle transfers.
Conquest Support
- Assist in sourcing and conquest of vehicles for the Sales team, as needed
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience with direct team management responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to balance business needs and customer experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Experience working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, CRMs, and fleet tracking systems.
