    Area Sales manager

    Job purpose:

    This role is responsible for managing operations within the region assigned. This involves business development aimed at promoting the products and services offered. The role is also responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating and monitoring of activities within the region assigned to grow the sales and support quality improvement initiatives for the organization’s offerings.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managerial/supervisory/operations

    • Oversee and implement the company strategy within the region and ensure that the sales managers are working towards the strategy.
    • Achieve an individual monthly sales target of Ksh. 7.5 Million per Month.
    • Achieve Qualitative Targets- monthly, quarterly & annually. Qualitative targets include:
      • Promoting sales through influencers/ consultants.
      • Conducting Promotional activities (exhibitions and demonstrations)
      • Popularizing the Company show room by engaging customers to visit our facilities.
      • Working closely with the sales managers within the region to devise plans and activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
      • Using web based tools.
      • Managing key accounts.
      • Identifying low hanging fruits & upselling.
      • Implementing CRM activities through strong services.
      • Move dead stock.
      • Participate in development of new products
    • Initiate client prospect meetings for new sales opportunities
    • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
    • Enhance relationship management for new and existing business to maintain and grow the customer base.
    • Compiling and analyzing sales figures and submitting real time reports.
    • Carry out market intelligence and giving constant feedback to the business on trends in the market
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors within the industry
    • Any other duties that may be assigned to you by your supervisor from time to time.
      • Knowledge and experience & required
      • At least 5 years experience in a large organization in an active commercial environment
      • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution

    Other skills and competencies required:

    • Experience in managing a sales region
    • Experience in marketing
    • Experience in managing relationships with customers and management teams
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proactive approach to problem solving
    • Willingness and ability to grow, support and develop talent within the region
    • Ability to work under pressure to deliver challenging targets.
    • Project Management qualifications (at least 3 years) and/or experience will be an added advantage.
    • Have minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    • Good planning and organizational skills.
    • Willing to travel quite extensively
    • Experience in B2B sales of Kitchen, Laundry or technical equipment will be an added advantage.

    Sales Manager

    Job Purpose:

    This role is responsible for increasing sales revenue by managing, negotiating and meeting client needs, generating leads and qualifying prospects.

    Duties and Responsibilities;-

    • Identify and evaluate opportunities of selling concept based solutions across kitchen, laundry, cold-room & pre-fab.
    • Target potential clients, develop designs and proposals with unique propositions and services and demonstrate quickest ROI to investors.
    • Secure profitable new business by engaging with senior level executives from corporates and make regular presentations of concept solutions offered by the Company.
    • Focus on developing market segments such as key hospitality chains, corporates, institutions, associations etc. for mobile, containerized & pre-fab food retail solutions.
    • Develop & implement strong marketing strategy targeting the above mentioned segments with concepts across off-line & on-line.
    • Constantly monitor and record the economic and industrial environment along with other indicators to ascertain the scope of solutions offered by the Company.
    • Build market and company intelligence to create a breakthrough in large corporates.
    • Drive process discipline and governance across customer life cycle and partner management.
    • Managing key accounts and their relationship with the Company to leverage a mutual business growth and profitability for the company
    • Prepare analytical daily, monthly/ quarterly performance reports, present the same to the Board on monthly basis and follow through to execution.
    • Develop Strategies/ processes to be adopted for achieving sales targets both short term and long term sales.
    • Identify potentials, develop designs and proposals in demographic and market segments, develop unique propositions and services, demonstrate quickest Return on Investment’s to investors etc.

    • 3 years’ experience in project sales
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
    • Good planning and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and 'people skills'
    • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
    • Willing to travel quite extensively
    • Experience in B2B sales of Kitchen, Laundry or technical equipment will be an added advantage.

    Sales Manager-Laundry Solutions

    Job Purpose:

    • Identify potential markets and develop designs and proposals for unique demographic and market segments
    • Demonstrate quickest ROI’s to investors
    • Any other duties assigned to yourself from time to time.

    Qualifications & Skills required
