    Senior Software Developer

    KEY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Shaping and implementing technology/business solutions to contribute to the organization’s competitive differentiation
    • Provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
    • Plan, develop and implement large-scale projects from conception to completion.
    • Develop and architect lifecycle of projects working on different technologies and platforms.
    • Uses Agile engineering practices and various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the organization’s technology stack
    • Collaborates with other team members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new/improved product functionality

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    Motor Assessor

    KEY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Receiving, reviewing, distributing and giving recommendations on motor related claims mail. Advising on the motor claims repair estimate.
    • Reviewing external assessors reports and where possible supplying parts and coordinating the process or directly negotiating with the repairers;
    • Perusing claim documents to confirm claim is in order while looking out for potentially fraudulent claims and liaising with external assessors to provide pointers to the investigators;
    • Organizing and regularly monitoring Project Plato Teams (3 teams) to ensure the company achieves savings from parts supply and invoice discounting. Maintaining Plato records and attending Plato group meetings;
    • Assessing and re-inspecting motor vehicles and meeting brokers and clients in the field over repair complaints and dispute resolutions;
    • Managing salvage duties;
    • Making regular visits to garages to check on ongoing repairs.
    • Participating in company CSR and brand building activities in liaison with other departments.

    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or an equivalent.

    Business Developer

    KEY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sourcing and procuring of business in line with the set targets/budgets;
    • Addressing client/customer enquiries and feedback within the timelines stipulated in service charter and/or SLAs signed with respective clients;
    • Reviewing performance of risks through loss ratio reports for both new and existing business;
    • Supporting in premium collection;

    KEY PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Checking policy documents, endorsements and agreements with service providers and approving membership certificates or other official documents in line with the company’s underwriting manual;
