    Customer Quality Follow Up Executive (Nairobi)

    Industry: Manufacturing

    Salary: Kes 25,000 – 30,000

    Job Summary: Our client, a manufacturing company along Mombasa road, Nairobi is looking to hire a Customer Quality –Follow up executive with his key role being to ensure adherence of specifications and quality procedures at all stages are followed in the production process to customer satisfaction.

    • Her main duty will be Customer liaison, Customer quality follow-up and Customer site visits

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform consistency test (Dimensions, wall thickness, section weights, top load etc) on critical products
    • Perform consistency test (Dimensions, closing torques) on our injection products and maintain test record.
    • Perform consistency test (Dimensions, wall thickness, AA, eccentricity, polarized light, weights etc) on our preform range of products and maintain test record as per customers and internal specifications.
    • Collect quality data (wall thickness, section weights, top load, dimensions etc.) of all products Safepak produces and keep data in soft copy. Trials included
    • Liaise with QM in maintaining a database of trials, experiments and other Quality records in soft copy.
    • Approve daily the process control data on the shop floor
    • Maintain a statistical process control SPC monitoring critical process control parameters.(MC humidity,Temps,chiller drier temps,
    • Evaluate critical test on spreadsheets for consistency
    • Assist in maintaining Quality traceability reports of all machines
    • Preform machines
    • PET bottles machine
    • Injection, machines
    • Laboratory house keeping
    • Participate actively in audit preparations
    • Prepare box packaging tags and approvals
    • Conduct internal training, sensitization and evaluation on effectiveness of training on all the packers on quality and safety related issues.
    • Participate actively in any technical committees & meetings
    • Enforce IMS (ISO 9001;2008,ISO 22000 & ISO 14001:2004)systems procedures on area of work & and assist in enforcing GMP in the production floor
    • Perform consistency test (Dimensions, wall thickness, eccentricity, polarized light, weights etc.) on our preform range of products and maintain test records as per our sampling plan & clients specs
    • Perform AA analysis on preforms and update Certificates of analysis
    • Prepare laboratory standard operating procedures

    Key Requirements and Skills

    • Excellent communication skills/ customer service skills
    • Strong character and very confident
    • Good exposure in Quality Assurance/lab technician knowledge
    • Exposure in field work & pharmaceutical industry
    • Proficient in data analysis, interpretation & presentation
    • Degree/Diploma in Food science & Technology/Analytical Chem/Bio Chem/Industrial Chem.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office applications

    Customer Service / Sales Executive (Mlolongo)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Day to day communication with customers
    • Processing product orders from customers
    • Receiving orders on phone
    • Telesales and closing business on phone
    • Coordinating customer’s orders for delivery
    • Working closely with sales team, delivery team and the warehouse
    • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
    • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
    • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
    • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
    • Taking phone calls from customers.
    • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
    • Processing staff timesheets
    • Other office admin duties
    • Dealing with and responding to emails.

    Key Requirements and Skills

    • Degree / Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Management or relevant field.
    • 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Administrator, customer service or call center agent in a busy manufacturing or FMCG environment
    • Thorough knowledge of the Kenyan FMCG market
    • Advanced Computer proficiency and analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Planning, coordinating and organizing skills.
    • Result oriented
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
