Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement, policies, and operational plans aligned with the Company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and oversee revenue generation, customer billing, debt collection, and customer relationship management.
- Oversee customer registration, account management, and the maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
- Oversee and ensure timely, accurate, and complete meter reading, billing, and revenue collection.
- Coordinate with the Technical Department to resolve meter faults, billing anomalies, and other service-related issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue collection, reduce Non-Revenue Water (NRW), through commercial losses
- Promote high standards of customer service and ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement service improvement initiatives based on customer feedback.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, annual work plans, and performance targets.
- Prepare and submit periodic commercial performance reports to the Managing Director
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, regulatory requirements, and the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) standards, regarding Licence and Tariff implementation
- Monitor departmental performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications
- Be a Kenyan Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any other Business-related field from a recognized institution
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, or any other business-related field will be an added advantage.
- Member of relevant professional body with good standing.
- 8 years’ relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position, Preferable in water sector added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement strategies as guided by the company’s strategic plan
- Proactively develop and implement technical proposals and strategy for continuous growth and development of the water and wastewater network and delivery
- Oversees planning and coordination of development of quality infrastructure, maintenance of engineering installations (capacity works) and related works.
- Safeguard against Non-Revenue Water (NRW) through prompt repairs and maintenance.

Requirements for appointment

- Registered Engineer/eligible for registration with EBK/IEK or equivalent professional body; in a good
- Have at least eight (8) years' relevant experience, five (5) of which must have been in a Water utility

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in Regulatory Compliance:
- Keep abreast of local, state, and national environmental, social, health, and safety regulations.
- Support the ESHS Officer in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ESHS activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Environment Health & Safety Training and Awareness:
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on safety and environmental practices.
- Conduct Safety Awareness Talks to employees ranging from use of PPEs to operation of the water treatment plants,
- Promote awareness of ESHS policies and guidelines throughout the organization.
Health and Safety Incident Response:
- Participate in the development and implementation of emergency response and incident management procedures.
- Assist in investigating and documenting incidents, accidents, or near-miss events.
Environmental Management:
- Support in the development and execution of environmental programs, including waste management and pollution control.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics.
Social Responsibility:
- Assist in managing community and stakeholder relations related to ESHS matters.
- Engage in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives when applicable.
GIS Data Collection
- Work with GIS Expert to collect and collate all digital data for the company,
- Use of the Kobo Collect Tool to update ongoing project to ensure remote supervision by the World Bank
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations and administration of assigned field station.
- Ensure continuous, equitable, and efficient water supply and distribution within the assigned area.
- Supervise the maintenance and repair of water distribution networks.
- Monitor water production, distribution, pressure management, and water quality to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Oversee customer service operations, including customer registration, meter connections and disconnections, complaint resolution, and public relations.
- Ensure accurate customer billing, revenue collection, debt collection and achievement of revenue targets.
- Monitor Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction initiatives within the assigned station.
- Coordinate timely requisition and proper utilization of pipes, fittings, meters, chemicals, and other operational materials/tools.
