    Front Desk Officer

    Job Purpose:

    Reporting to the Administrative Officer of SBM (NBFC) Holdings Ltd, the Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact of the Company, attending to visitors and phone calls, general queries and acting as a liaison between staff and other parties, whilst supporting daily activities and assisting in the coordination of the Company’s initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Promptly attend to phone calls and queries, redirect/relay messages to the respective team
    • Ensure follow up where staff are expected to revert to other parties
    • Attend to clients’ general queries
    • Maintain filing as appropriate
    • Contribute to a culture of service excellence
    • Perform any other cognate duties as and when required

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • HSC Holder
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Organised team player with a can-do attitude
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
    • Professional telephone manner
    • Customer service focused

    Executive Assistant

    Job Purpose:

    Reporting to the CEO of SBM (NBFC) Holdings Ltd, the Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative support and assistance to the CEO.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support in consolidating the CEO’s business network
    • Maintain database of business contacts
    • Follow up on pending matters and coordinate with other departments
    • Manage calendar for various meetings and ensure proper coordination with all participants, internally and externally
    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and politely
    • Maintain a strong organization and filing system of all communications to and from the CEO
    • Prepare/reply letters and emails to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Make travel arrangements and prepare all travel documents for the CE and other staff
    • Maintain hardcopy and electronic files of all correspondence
    • Manage the CEO’s email box
    • Administer the generic email of the organisation
    • Ensure utmost confidentiality about all matters dealt with at the CEO’s office
    • Perform any other cognate duties as and when required

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • HSC Holder
    • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Organised team player with a can-do attitude
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
    • Professional telephone manner

    Personal Banker - Retail Banking Department

    Job Purpose:

    Reporting to the Branch Manager and operating within set policies, guidelines and regulations, the job incumbent will be responsible for providing quality service to high-net worth retail clients and acquiring new opportunities with the objective of delivering exceptional sales performance and help in increasing the bank's market share & profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Performing regular banking related duties and working closely with Bank’s customers to understand their financial needs and provide customized solutions from our range of products and services
    • Identifying, developing and retaining high value retail customers through excellent customer service standards
    • Proactively identifying opportunities to cross sell related banking and non-banking products and services
    • Providing direct “hands on” sales support to generate and convert quality leads into profitable sales
    • Ensuring dedicated service to customers through close follow-up, dedicated attention and effective coordination
    • Ensuring high level of service standards including high level of ethics and integrity in line with SBM values
    • Assessing the risks and impact from both the client’s and bank’s perspective

    Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

    • 3 years’ proven experience in sales and customer service
    • Excellent knowledge of banking products and regulations
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented
