    SaaS Solutions Consultant

    THE ROLE

    As part of our continuous expansion, we are looking for talented technical specialists to drive our cloud business.
     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supporting the sales organization as a trusted technology expert in engaging at C-level with new and existing customer in architecting and demonstrating the solutions relevant to their business requirements.
    • Working closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling and address customer needs.
    • Acts as a technical authority  to take our clients on a transformation journey, listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations.
    • Collaborating with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank's strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.
    • Supporting the RFP process to ensure that our solutions can be effectively applied to the clients business challenge.
    • Acts a brand ambassador for Temenos by getting involved in marketing campaigns, public speaking engagements, generating content (blogs, articles etc).
    • Collaborating with various distributed internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales campaigns.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in working with emerging technologies; Kubernetes, NewSQL.
    • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
    • Detailed knowledge of cloud technologies
    • Able to understand and explain Multi-cloud deployments.
    • Knowledge of Compliance, Operations and Security issues as they relate to cloud environments.
    • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry;  the trends, challenges, and innovations.
    • Experience in a client-facing role, acts a trusted partner to C-level stakeholder.
    • Is a thought leader and is passionate about driving change within an industry.
    • Able to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity.
    • A passion for technology!

    Cloud Banking Sales Specialist

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for talent sales specialists to help us drive the adoption and growth of our cloud offerings.
     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Articulating and demonstrating Temenos solutions through strategic value-based selling, building strong business cases, developing a return on investment analysis, and using other references and industry data to build relationships at multiple levels and ultimately drive deals from inception to close.
    • Working with customer stakeholders to understand their bank’s strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.
    • Creating value by partnering with technical and non-technical executives to support their transformation journey by showcasing the commercial and technology value of our Cloud offering
    • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline and accurately tracking quarterly forecasts/revenue
    • Balancing quarterly results while keeping a clear line of sight of strategic and long term revenue opportunities
    • Create and execute account plans which address tactical and strategic opportunities
    • Collaborating with various distributed internal and external teams to ensure the seamless execution of end to end sales cycles and ensure the highest level of customer advocacy.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry;  the trends, challenges, and innovations.
    • Proven track record of success in selling complex SaaS / Cloud solutions to the financial services sector.
    • A consultative sales approach which enables listening to and understanding customer needs.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business requirements into value propositions which engage a range of audiences.
    • Data-driven and able to use data to tell stories, engage clients and create value and drive clients to action.
    • Able to navigate change and deal with ambiguity.

    PACS Consultant

    THE ROLE

    As part of our continuous expansion, we are looking for talented consultant to help us drive our business.
     
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Primary responsibility is in the area of PACS ticket resolutions in an effective and efficient manner.
    • Understand the functions of the specific T24 module, in which expertise needs to be built via training programs including on the job training, class room training and training material available on the knowledge-base
    • Fully understand the details provided in logged ticket.
    • Validate the completeness of information provided and if required, seek to collect outstanding information from client.
    • Use the collected information to analyse the problem.
    • When identified as a bug, complete the required documentation process including product analysis of defect, clearly and explicitly indicating reason and resolution of the defect.
    • Work in collaboration with the Development team to provide any additional information as required to fix and test the problem effectively.
    • In case of non-defects, close the ticket with sufficient information for the client to be able to understand and appreciate the answer with full satisfaction.
    • Available to perform onsite analysis of tickets at client places.
    • Typically this would be required during the milestone period of the client like Go Live of implementation, branches, modules and Upgrade.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    •  Analytical and logical skills including problem solving.
    • Advanced Programming knowledge on jBC (INFO BASIC).
    • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
    • Deep technical understanding of T24 products and modules.
    • 4 – 6 years strong skills of analysis in problem resolution in C/C++/Java/RDBMS knowledge.
    • Successfully implemented the respective Product specialization from start to finish.
