    • Experience with hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Must have previous experience in reservations + 3 years

    • A customer-first attitude and strong attention to detail
    • High level of accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Works well with front office, concierge, F&B, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
