    Customer Service Officer

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Utilize the unit’s budget prudently and within set standards.
    • Direct potential leads for conversion through Business development function.
    • Close follow-up of customer feedback, in order to maintain contact, retain and pitch for repeat business and cross selling of other financial solution offerings.
    • Responsible to make use of available resources and channels to reach out and create awareness of our product offering.
    • Drive customer experience Index.
    • Facilitate customer satisfaction survey to gauge satisfaction levels.
    • Conform to the spirit of the customer service charter and an active role to appraise and review on a continuous basis.
    • Constantlydevelop self in areas of job-knowhow skills, knowledge and right on-job attitude.
    • Continuous learning and keeping abreast on the organization’s strategic direction,

    Culture and Values.

    • Prepare accurate and reliable periodical reports that appraises the individual performance.
    • Administrative support roles.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant degree from a recognized university.
    • A certification in PR & communication is Key.
    • Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
    • Prior experience in digital marketing is advantageous
    • 1 years’ experience in a similar or related working environment is advantageous.

    Desired Qualities

    • Ability to handle and resolve customer requests and queries.
    • Presentable, discreet and with good interpersonal and communication skills.

    Bancassurance Officer

    Job Summary

    To spearhead the growth of Bancassurance business across the organizational channels through supporting delivery channels, develop operating standards and grow revenues for this line of business.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop an insurance business strategy for day to day execution that results to business delivery.
    • Achieve revenue target set by management.
    • Coordinating with the company on existing/and potential lead generation to policy conversion.
    • Handling policy holder’s inquiries, objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
    • Build mutually beneficial relationship with company and help in acquisition of clients with a promise of high standard service.
    • Ensure timely submission of claim documents and continuously update clients whose claims are being processed on progress of their claims
    • Ensuring premium is collected as per the laid down procedures on all insurance business transacted.
    • Champion Insurance training for branches working closely with branch management to sensitize customers on insurance products.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures in regard to bancassurance business.
    • Identify and leverage potential business opportunities seeking necessary support from the branch or Marketing Heads and participating in all business growth initiatives in the branch/ Regions
    • Build mutually beneficial relationship with company and help in acquisition of clients with a promise of high standard service.
    • Develop and appraise the workflow automated process map to ensure that efficient and conform to standards.
    • Gathering and analysis of client’s behavior needs, for better product development and pitch.
    • Conformity to financial regulations as provided for by IRA.
    • Review performances of staffs/agents.

    Job Requirements

    • A university degree from a recognized institution preferably specializing in Insurance, Actuarial Science or business management
    • Professional qualification in insurance or good progress in ACII or DIP.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in the sales of motor and non-motor insurance products preferably within an insurance intermediary or Insurance Company
    • Experience in Bancassurance will be an added advantage.

    • Good planning and organization skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to network and generate new business and cross sells
    • Good Communication skills and excellent Customer service skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office software
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and deliver effective solutions within strict deadlines
    • Ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of people
    • High integrity levels and ability to treat all client information with utmost confidentiality.
