Minimum Requirement:

• Served in senior relevant position in the public or private for a minimum of 10 years,5 which must have been as a judge of the high court or advocate of the high court or assistant corporation secretary or its equivalent.
• Bachelor law degree from a recognized institution
• Postgraduate Diploma in law from kenya school of law
• Master Degree in law from a recognized institution
• Membership to the law society of kenya (LSK)
• Membership to the institute of certified public secretaries of kenya (CPS-K) in good standing
• Must have been admitted to the bar as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Commissioner of Oath

• Master's in Business Management , Business Administration (MBA) Accounting or Strategic Management Option or approved equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution
